Net en zeer klantvriendelijk hotel.
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, 24 uur service. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Uitstekende ligging, ligt paralel aan de drukke straat Via Cavour maar straat waar hotel aan ligt, Via Urbana is rustig. Hippe wijk Monti met lekkere restaurants, geen toeristen menu’s maar eten bij de locals. Dicht bij Collosseum, metro en BajaBikes. Kussen service, welke erg welkom was omdat er standaard een erg plat kussen op het iet wat harde bed ligt. Het enige minpuntje was dat we een kamer hadden zonder uitzicht/daglicht maar we zijn overdag niet veel op de kamer geweest. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Gastvrij personeel en het ontbijt vonden wij ook Verrassend gevarieert. Hotel ligt cetraal zodat wij heel veel wandelend hebben gedaan. Mocht ik weer naar Rome gaan, zou ik weer dit Hotel kiezen.

Geweldig hotel, goede locatie
Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, vlak bij het station, 15 min. Lopen naar het coloseum 3 min. Lopen naar de metro. De Via Urbana is een gezellige smalle, autovrije straat met veel restaurants EN ... een geweldige Irish pub. het was er heerlijk rustig en hebben goed geslapen. Het ontbijt is voor italiaanse begrippen erg goed met veel keus. Personeel hartelijk en erg behulpzaam. Wifi was sterk. Echt een aanrader!

Heelgoed hotel met vriendelijk personeel.Goed uitgebreid ontbijt wat continu wordt aangevuld en wat ook erg prettig is dat je heel de dag door gratis koffie of thee kunt pakken.Hoetl bevind zich op loopafstand van diverse bezienswaardigheden en in de buurt van diverse restaurantjes. Top hotel voor een stedentrip naar Rome.

Our family stayed in one of their family rooms, with a queen and a twin. Nice size room, good distance between the two beds, so there was a bit of separation, which was nice. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Always lots of staff at the front desk, friendly, helpful, and very multi-lingual. If you only speak English, you'll do fine at this hotel. The breakfast is also great. Simple, but fresh, and the lovely staff will get you a cappuccino (or two). Really good way to start your day. Location is a bit outside of the 'thick of things', which we found nice. Very walkable, particularly close to the Colosseum and Termini station.

This is a great hotel. It is within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Rome. The train station is only a 9 minute walk from the hotel. The staff go above and beyond and they are extremely helpful.

When we arrived at the property to drop off our luggage we were told that our room would not be ready at the time of check-in, but would instead be ready an hour later. When we went back an hour later the room was still not ready. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2, we were not able to check-in until after 7. When we finally checked in, our room was in an active construction zone, which was not disclosed to us when we paid full price for the room. I would have never paid full price for an incomplete room in an area that was being worked on. In our room, the mirror in the bathroom wasn’t mounted but was taped to the wall, our rain showerhead didn’t work, our thermostat didn’t work, and our tv didn’t work. The rain shower wasn’t fixed until a few days before we left and the thermostat never got fixed. The only thing we got out of all of this was a free €12 breakfast.

Wonderful and attentive staff, excellent location, 12 min walk from the Rome Termini train station and walkable distance to all main attractions. Very quiet at night. Very clean. La atención fue buena, el desayuno estuvo bien y la estancia amplia y cómoda. Lo único que no agrada mucho es donde se encuentra ubicada. Sí es una ventaja que está muy cerca de la estación del tren, pero sí queda más retirada del centro, además que los alrededores se ven sucios.

Sin embargo, nos sorprende su información sobre nuestra ubicación, que está en pleno centro de la ciudad. Como habrá visto el centro de Roma es muy amplio y los varios monumentos estan alrededor de toda la ciudad. Nice Stay, Convenient, A Little Rustic Due to Reno
The place is under renovation. It does impact the stay. The staff is excellent. They are friendly, efficient, helpful, and professional. The property is located about a 10 walk (uphill from the hotel) to Termini. So, that's very convenient depending on your plans.

What can you say about a hotel that places your room for 4 nights directly above construction? From before 8am until the afternoon every day the room was uninhabitable while constant hammering shook the room. Not only that, but the room had clearly been unswept, as there was a single used slipper right under the bed. The location was great and the staff friendly, but s very uncomfortable stay.
