goed hotel
Het was een goed hotel, maar ver van het centrum. We hadden mieren op de kamer, maar het personeel heeft snel gereageerd en we hebben een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Het is een uur met bus en metro om in het centrum te geraken. De buurt van het hotel is niet aangenaam. Er zijn ook geen winkels of restaurants of eender wat voor het eten te vinden. In het hotel ook na 20u geen koffie of thee te verkrijgen.

Grande cortesia alla reception appena arrivata... Il complimento più grande lo voglio fare al personale addetto alla pulizia, per aver trovato ogni giorno la pulita e profumata... In camera c'è anche la macchina del caffè a capsule, che ci rimettono ogni giorno... Nel ristorante poi si mangia BENISSIMO ! Ho mangiato dei TONNARELLI CACIO E PEPE CON GAMBERONI MARINATI AL LIME E PERE che erano una meraviglia, ma tutto il ricco menù che offrono, mette di fronte all'imbarazzo della scelta ! Sono qui a Roma per lavoro e tornerò presto in questo hotel !

Hotel sulla carta a 4 stelle, tale livello sicuramente non rispecchia le condizioni della camera in cui ho alloggiato che presentava, specialmente nel bagno, piastrelle rotte, controsoffitto danneggiato, filo del phon a parete quasi sbucciato. La camera era comunque pulita. Più che sufficiente la colazione. Presente parcheggio scoperto all'interno della struttura, ma con disponibilità molto limitata. C'è comunque possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in zona. Al momento del check in, ci è stato comunicato che l'impianto di aria condizionata non era funzionante e pertanto ci sollevavano dal pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Ho trovato questo espediente non corretto in quanto, di fatto, hanno fatto pagare al Comune di Roma un disguido dovuto alle condizioni precarie della loro struttura. Condizioni della struttura da rivedere sicuramente

Disappointing
Very disappointing with my stay. Complained to the hotel who told me I had to discuss my issues with hotels.com. Complained to hotels.com and got told I had to complain to the property directly. Very disappointing with the service from the property and hotels.com. When you are charged incorrectly for the room and then get to the room to have stained sheets it is not a nice stay. Staff were unhelpful and management was never available. Sent three emails and no response.

The front office staff were excellent! The room lacked amenities for a 4 star hotel, like an iron, the room was not sound proof an I could hear the neighbors intimate sounds. The parking was very good and the availability of electric charging was a plus. The area around was a bit dirty. I had sigarette butts on my balcony for three days. I believe this us a great 3sfar hotel and the staff and their hospitality is the best aspect of this hotel

This hotel was convenient for the Ryder Cup event we attended but that is the only good thing about it. The sheets had stains all over them, I was charged for a triple room when I only received a double and generally the staff were unhelpful. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Struttura accogliente, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante. Si trova a 12 minuti di macchina dal mio abiettivo, quindi molto comoda, ampio parcheggio sia davanti che vicino alla struttura. Stanze molto spaziose e sileziose

Soggiorno piacevole
Soggiorno di una sola notte. Hotel comodissimo per assistere a spettacoli presso il vicino Teatro Tor Bella Monaca. All'arrivo, la gentilissima receptionist ci ha omaggiato di una bottiglina d'acqua a testa, informandoci, inoltre, che se il soggiorno fosse stato prenotato per motivi sanitari da svolgersi presso il Policlinico di Tor Vergata, saremmo stati esentati dal pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Ci ha inoltre fornito la password per la connessione hifi. La camera, pulita e luminosa, era dotata di terrazzino, piccolo armadio con grucce e cassaforte, frigobar (vuoto), scrivania e televisore funzionante. L'Hotel, molto grande, è dotato di ascensore, palestra e piscina, accessibili nell'arco dell'intera giornata. Non abbiamo fatto colazione, che costa 8 euro a persona, ma in compenso, su richiesta, ci è stato fornito un bollitore, comodo per un tè o una tisana. Ho personalmente trovato comodo anche l'orario del checkout, che a differenza di altri hotel, è stabilito per le h.12:00. Abbiamo trovato posto senza difficoltà nel parcheggio dell'hotel. Abbastanza vicini supermercati e bar. Prenotando tramite hotel.com abbiamo usufruito di una tariffa a mio parere molto conveniente per una camera tripla ( 72,00 euro da pagare in loco + tassa di soggiorno). E' stata insomma una piacevole esperienza.

This was an abysmal property! It was located between a tunnel inhabited by homeless people congregating around a couch that you had to traverse to get to the hotel and an isolated park. There was a long steep cement staircase that was at least 3 stories that you had to climb with your luggage just to reach the entry. If that wasn’t bad enough, it was unsafe. There was a homeless looking man who wandered in and out of the lobby, sprawling on the couches and stalking guests. You need a key to use the elevators, but the stairways are a free for all. It seems like a den of crime, and it’s so isolated there would be no one around to help you. My family and I had to cancel our reservations and leave. It was that BAD. I advise you to save your money and go anywhere else, but this place.

This hotel is the worst! Nothing worked in the rooms. The whole hotel did not have air conditioning working, with temperatures almost 100 degrees. There was no hot water either and there was no signal for television and safe deposit box was inoperable. The breakfast was taste less and there was no variety.

La struttura in se è buona e comoda da raggiungere, nelle adiacenze è presente la Metro C a 10 minuti di camminata, la zona dove è situata è in periferia di Roma, purtroppo zona molto sporca ma questo chiaramente non dipende dalla struttura...se dovessi essere nuovamente di passaggio da Roma ci soggiornerei senza problemi

Good value, comfortable, and clean.
The hotel is good value for the money. Has nice terrace breakfast facility, and buffet breakfast with many pastries and pies, besides meats, cheeses, and vegetarian items. It is located in a middle class residential area away from the city center and nearly an hours drive from the international Airport. About 10min walk will take you to Torre Angela metro station to use Rome's extensive public transport. But, be sure to get back before dark as the area is not the best. Or take a taxi, or Uber from the station, but book ahead if its a weekend late night. Room was nice, comfortable, with good amenities. We just could not get A/C setting to lower below 22C. Staff was very friendly, cooperative, and helpful.

Do not book this hotel. It is not a 4 star property. The area is not good, over an hour on transit and driving to Rome city centre. The hotel is unkept, the lobby looks good when you walk in but as soon as you enter the elevators you can tell it’s not what it seems. The carpets are stained in the hallways and are coming off the floors. The walls are nicked and gouged. It smells musty. The room does not look like the photos, no duvet on the bed, 2 flat pillows, very uncomfortable mattress, no mattress cover just one flat sheet loosely on the bottom to cover a very stained and old mattress. The furniture in the room was peeling leaving sharp edges exposed. The bathroom was just surface cleaned with edges full of dirt. Only had 1 bath towel for 2 people. The front desk staff is snobby and rude. Avoid at all costs!!!
