Romantische sfeer,vlakbij alle belangrijke plekken
we hebben genoten van de reis naar prachtige Rome, vriendelijke ontvangst in het hotel was heel aangenaam.

Simpel maar schoon hotel
De kamer was simpel, een bed met een kast, een tv en een stoel. Badkamer was klein, met een douche, wastafel en wc. Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamer met goede airconditioning. Ontbijt was lekker en gevarieerd. Goede centrale ligging, prima bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en op loopafstand (ongeveer 30 minuten) van alle grote bezienswaardigheden, veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

romantisch hotelletje met lekker ontbijt, goedkoop
Super verblijf. Oude "renaissance" stijl wat het voor een koppeltje veel romantischer maakt dan een strak, nieuw hotel. Lift is attractie op zich (oude kooi van in films, leuk!). Verder veel spiegels in kamer, schilderijen, ook een kluis en koelkastje. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en top. En dichtbij het trein/bus station wat weer een taxi spaart naar en van het vliegveld. En zeer schappelijke prijs. Mijn vriendin en ik zouden zo teruggaan!

Reasonable hotel, but flawed
We booked 2 single rooms. Room was not very big (2,5m x 2,5m without hall way which led to the bathroom), but big enough to feel comfortable (you probably won't be spending every whole day in your room anyway). Room looks good. Bathroom was also nice, not too small and had enough facilities. Rooms had adjustable airconditioning, which was great since it's quite hot in Rome, it does make a little too much noise but I slept OK, I’m not a light sleeper. Also I had a room that was facing the street. The first night I noticed there was quite a lot of noise till late and it started again at 7 AM with workers waking me up using tools. The rest of the nights I closed the big window and the airco made sure it didn't get too hot in the room. So all in all, acceptable after the first night. Staff is English speaking, friendly and helpfull, you can leave your bags there after checking out if you have a late flight like we did. Breakfast was buffet style, quality of food was reasonable but not good. The cut up fruit was dry, scrambled eggs not so good, and bad coffee. They did have 3 different pies/cake every day, those tasted good. Also there where kiwi’s, and other fruits, that was good. The bread, we both felt that it was very dry. All-in all, I’m doubting if I would stay here again. But if I was staying longer (>5 days), I definitely wouldn’t stay here since I would get more annoyed with the mentioned flaws that keep this from beeing a great hotel instead of a reasonable one.

Отличный отель в центре Рима!
Замечательный отель в центре Рима! До достопримечательностей - рукой подать, везде ходили пешком. Интерьер потрясающий! Отзывчивый персонал, всегда помогали. В номере не было чайника - попросила, все принесли, по вечерам приносили в номер конфетки) Завтрак отличный! Есть и фрукты, и овощи, и суп, горячее 4 вида, выпечка, кофе, чай. Рядом продуктовый магазин Conad, чудесный ресторанчик al39 и джелатерия la romana (советуем!) Остались довольны, спасибо!

Gayet güzel iş görür
3 gece kaldık gayet memnunduk. Sessiz sakin bir yer bulunduğu sokak da hem çok merkezi hem de arada olduğu için gürültüsüz bir yer. Banyo oda temiz, internet sıcak su başarılı, kısa tatiller için ideal işinizi görür.

Reasonable for short trip
I have only negative thoughts that I had asked for queen or king size and they said ok. But their solution was put two twin size beds together! Smart idea... Great location, good breakfast option, clean staff. But if you dont wanna pay extra euro tourist tax per night you can find all thing I mentioned at 2 stars hotels.

La posizione è ottima: a 10 minuti dalla stazione Termini a piedi, in una strada silenziosa e tranquilla anche di giorno. Il personale è molto professionale e cordiale, sia alla reception che in sala da pranzo, così come anche gli addetti alle pulizie.Pulizia buona. Colazione varia laqualità è nella media da bar. Noi abbiamo optato per una stanza superior, ma il dubbio che ci sia stata data una stanza standard è più che forte. C’è il frigo, la cassaforte in un comodo armadio, il poggia-valigia e una piccola scrivania con sedia e TV. Ma è una volta entrati nel bagno che ci siamo accorti che qualcosa non quadrava. Piccolissimo, la distanza tra il water e la doccia è talmente piccola che le ginocchia di una persona di 1.80 urtano al vetro della doccia. Il lavabo è simile a quello di Barbie, anch’esso piccolissimo al punto che bisogna prestare attenzione nel lavarsi le mani, affinché non urtino la ceramica o lo scarico. Tutto pulito, saponi e accessori da bagno sufficienti, phon e anche un paio di pantofole nuove (il secondo paio a richiesta). Il problema sono le dimensioni, soprattutto per una camera superior. Insospettiti da ciò, guardo sul sito dell’hotel e noto che le foto della nostra stanza corrispondono esattamente alla camera standard. Faccio notare questa cosa alla reception e mi viene risposto, con molta educazione, che le foto sono vecchie, che il sito non è aggiornato. Il dubbio a noi resta e, comunque, il bagno è del tutto insufficiente anche per una stanza standard.

grazie abbiamo già' letto la stessa recensione in 3 o 4 siti e mi dispiace per l'accaduto ma il bagno e' nella misura di un tre stelle altrimenti non potevano darci l'autorizzazione quindi ha una doccia anche di 80x 80 a differenza dello standard 70x70,ma rispetto i suoi commenti che spero di non leggere ancorare bastava uno

Un séjour magnifique!
Ce fut une découverte 5 étoiles! Cet hôtel est très bien situé (moins de 6 minutes de la gare Termini et de la station de métro du même nom). Un personnel charmant et avenant! Les chambres sont bien agencées et grandes! Le service et les prestations de la chambre sont très bien, il y a un frigo dans la chambre, des volets occultants et une climatisation efficace. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, choix très variés et frais. Pour un prix plus que convenable! Une adresse à recommander. Nous reviendrons à Rome et nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel. Magnifique

Bad ist sehr klein, deutliche Schimmelspuren im Duschbereich. Betten sehr gut, Unterkunft ist in ihrer "Plüschigkeit" sehenswert. Leider nur zweo verschiene deutschsprachige Fernsehprogramme, das ist zu wenig.

Consigliato per la zona
Inizio col dire che la posizione dell'hotel è ottima, molto vicino a termini e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. La camera non era grandissima ma tutto era molto curato e pulito, lo stile anche mi è piaciuto particolarmente. La colazione di cui abbiamo usufruito è internazionale, quindi sono presenti sia dolci che salati, ed era molto ben fornita(da quello che ho letto se non siete sicuri potete anche non prenotarla insieme all'hotel, ma richiederla direttamente quando arrivate in hotel per 5€ a persona). Il personale è stato molto gentile, e appena siamo arrivati la camera era già pronta. La camera è anche ben fornita per quanto riguarda il materiale da bagno(cuffie per capelli, saponette, spugne, molti asciugamani). Nel complesso mi sono trovato molto bene e lo consiglio, visto anche il prezzo basso che ho pagato, nonostante abbia prenotato solo un paio di giorni prima.

I have previously stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my stay. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. We had requested a twin room because I was travelling with my 12 year old grandson, we were given a double room and told it would be sorted, it was not. This was very inconvenient. It was a very small room with hardly enough room to walk round the bed. One chair and no kettle. The facilities last time were much better and certainly a better quality room. Very disappointing. The hotel was clean and the breakfast excellent but I will not want to stay there again

I do not accept your review, as your booking has arrived with Jumbo an agency and not with expedia, in the booking you need a double bed not a twin bed, you must take it with the agency and not with the hotel that's why his reservation didn't appear at the beginning but it was there, he confused us with the agency

Very nice traditional hotel with good facilities. 10 mins way walk from Termini for railway and airport regular service. Also 10 mins from Piazza della Republica and Via National.

Never again.
Booked a triple room. What was said in the description didnt match the room. It was like we got a double room and they jammed a bed in a corner. Shower/bath non existent. Shower barely fit 1 person in it. Cup tipped from Coffee machine during breakfast spilling hot coffee on me. Service staff rolled their eyes and thought it was my fault. Noone asked if i was ok, began mopping floor ignored the fact i was covered in coffee. Pointed out the faulty cup stand that collapsed, they said they knew it was broken, yet never removed or repaired it. A lot of loud talking and ignoring the guests during breakfast. Staff were to interested in fixing food for themselves and socialising with each other, to care about the guests needs. Definitely a 3 star hotel, with 0 star service.

la camera tripla e' una tripla nessun letto aggiunto per caso come descrive lei, sono nella misura e posizione giusta i letti ,riguardo la colazione mi dispiace ,non so che dire conosco il mio personale ,li faro' presente di quello che dice ma ricordate anche una cosa che se si rompe qualcosa anche di un macchinario come a casa vostra, non si puo' riparare all'istante o che sia magico subitole macchine non sono di proprietà' nostra e ci sono delle regole da rispettare e far arrivare i loro tecnici ,ci vuole poco a capirlo

Very disappointing experience. Not one single word written in English, not one single international TV channel in all rooms. The shower has no curtain which means every time someone takes a shower, the floor turns into a small pool of water, becomes slippery and the chances are people have more chance to get hurt. Don’t even try their breakfast, they charge €12 per person, and it’s tasteless. Just wondering how this hotel got 4 stars? I will never go back there again.

Buon hotel Old Style, ma...
Hotel stile inizio '900, abbastanza accogliente. Personale cortese e disponibile. La prima notte dal bagno proveniva un insopportabile odore di marcio/salmastro, e l'aria era davvero irrespirabile. Il giorno dopo, dietro nostre rimostranze, il personale ci ha spostato in una stanza, appena liberata, dove non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Major concern is cleanliness of the room. We’ve asked to change our room as toilet was terrible dirty with urine on the seat! Overall the room and bathroom was very dusty and dirty. We were checking in around midnight and didn’t have much choice. Otherwise we would leave to find a different hotel. The room was pretty cheap so you get what you pay for. Never again!

I read this review with amazement, talk about dirt and urine seems absurd does not fall at all in our hotel and does not mean that little pay you have this service, it seems strange that we had no complaints from you on your arrival, of course I speak with an anonymous but we did not have this serious complaint in the hotel that I would have said as a customer ..... so I do not know what to apologize for

Bardzo sympatyczny, kameralny hotelik z miłą obsługą i smacznymi śniadaniami. Niedaleko do dworca Termini. Oczarował mnie wystrój hotelu i pokoju - uroczy :)

Hôtel proche de la gare TERMINI, Il est bien restauré dans l'ensemble. Chauffage et service du personnel est impeccable, Les matelas sont très vieux et doivent être changé au plus tôt (les nuits sont difficiles). Le petit déjeuner est super et cela vous permet de tenir jusqu'au soir. Les restaurants proches sont à éviter car sont très cher par rapport à ce que vous commandés ( ex : 4 raviolis pour 10€). Séjour à Rome
Bon hôtel a 600 m de la gare et 300 m du premier arrêt de métro. Le seul point négatif c'est une salle de bain mal agencée mais rien de méchant. Un petit déjeuner au top ou vous trouverez tout ce que vous voulez pour 5€ :c'est cadeau. On se trouve en centre ville mais le bruit ets largement contenu grâce a un double vitrage efficace Nous recommandons cette hôtel .rapport qualité prix excellent.

Hôtel suffisant pour un court séjour, proche de la gare de Termini et de la station de métro. Cet hôtel est propre mais nécessiterait un bon rafraichissement Tres peu de prise électrique dans la chambre dont certaine avec un format non compatible avec le formats français Très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain le matin (remontée d'égout) qui est plus que désagréable.

The staff was very kind but the hotel is in terrible conditions the carpet was sticky and old the paper walls were dirty the bathdroom smelled terrible and the comforter of the bed was old also the room had a terrible smell they need to invest in the property a bit I mean I had trouble sleeping because of the room conditions.

it looks like a horror movie from how she describes it but it is her opinion, she could still complain at the reception and we will have changed her room so she would have a nice stay

Comodidad y ubicación buenas. Desayuno malo
Habitación cómoda, alrededores con muchos restaurantes y a 5 min andando de termini. La única pega destacable el desayuno, escaso.
