Great hotel, easy walking distance to main sites. Staff responsive when asked but not obtrusive. Restaurant was very good.

Luksus på bedste beliggenhed
Alt var som forventet af meget høj standard og uovertruffet service. Fantastisk beliggenhed og restaurant med italiensk mad fra øverste hylde. Vores værelse, nr 402, var smalt og meget mørkt. Det ligger ud til en lille gård hvor der er støj fra Aircondition, så vinduer skal holdes lukket. Vinduer er endvidere blændet med frosted folie. Så skal du bo her bliver du nødt til at tage et værelse med vinduer og udsigt til gade eller (skøn) baghave.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. The room was great and very comfortable. The hotel was in excellent condition and was on a quiet street but yet conveniently located. We enjoyed breakfast and late evening wine and snacks in the restaurant, which was excellent with great service. The only negative was that we had difficulty getting a taxi in the evening and we ended up being late for a function - not sure if it was a fluke or if it had something to do with the tight street - the hotel front desk also tried and failed. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We just love this Boutique Hotel. It's close to everything especially dining and many important sights in Rome. If you get a chance to stay in the Garden Suite, do it. You will not be disappointed.

We love staying at this lovely boutique hotel. Location is perfect close to everything. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was outstanding.

This was my second stay here. Great location but for the price I paid that was about $800 a night, I expected more water in the room. I had to ask on multiple occasions and the buffet breakfast … well there’s hardly anything there. I’m not being petty because for this price , it’s often the smaller things that make a big difference.

Recommended but expensive
Hotel was very well maintained rooms felt brand new. Spotless. Lovely bathrooms we got a small balcony ... everything was excellent. Breakfast quality of cheese breads fruit was fantastic. The only issue was for a hotel at that price I'd expect better concierge services. This was entirely missing. One of the few hotels in Rome that have an elevator it seems.

Will definitely return!
A great small hotel right near the Spanish Steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The room was spacious and had very good blackout drapes. The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever had at a hotel. Wifi was consistently good and the breakfast was served in a nice lounge with a lovely garden. The staff was helpful and attentive. Our only complaint was that the bathroom periodically had a weird aroma. So happy we found this gem in the centre of Rome.

Uma opção bem localizada em Roma
Excelente localização, hotel charmoso, limpo e acolhedor, porem o quarto é muito pequeno, seria necessario reservar uma suite que é de um tamanho muito bom. Cama e banheiro excelentes, pessoal da recepção muito atencioso.

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. The entire staff was super helpful from the front desk to the wait staff. We couldn't have been happier with our rooms in the back of the hotel overlooking the gardens. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

An absolute gem in the heart of Rome
An amazing hotel in a great location. Th hotel staff are amazing very knowledgeable & helpful. We stayed for our 20th wedding anniversary it was a wonderful experience Thanks to all the team. So much to see and do in Rome I can't wit to go back, but there is only one place to stay - Via Margutta 19.

I have traveled to Rome many times and have stayed at The Hassler and other luxury properties and this was the finest hotel I have ever stayed at in Rome. Elegant, sophisticated, charming with a great staff and perfectly located on a quiet, quaint little street only a block away from the bustle and elegant shopping of the Piazza de Spagna and next to the historic Piazza del Popolo. Did I mention the rooms are quiet and dark, overlook a garden and the restaurant is sublime.
