Dear Carolinefirst of all it is written in all the sites that reception service has limited hour but in any case we always provide in each room our phones numbers for any emergency and we remain available 24hr in case of need!We are sorry for the bathroom door, we haven’t notice it easy broken and it was fixed the day after, so it means immediatly as soon as possible.Our building is extremely safe, there are few other people living or working in the building but nobody else enter from the second door and also we have the police in front of the street because there is the Senat's Building Regarding the photos in the sites you can see the photos of the different kind of rooms, there are all the photos of our standard rooms and the features are the same.On the site there is also the photo of the courtyard.Regarding the breakfast spot it is strange because they open late in the morning not early time usually the live in Piazza starts from 10 am.KInd Regards
