verkeerde week, geen laundry en geen roomservice. Als je die perse wilde rekende ze standaard 10 euro plus geleverde goederen. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Prima locatie als je met de auto naar Rome gaat
Goede gratis parkeergelegenheid en eenvoudig te bereiken. Geen gedoe met het Romeinse verkeer en op loopafstand van metrostation EUR Palasport. Tevens om de hoek van een groot winkelcentrum. Kamer is prima. Ontbijtbuffet is goed. Personeel is professioneel en vriendelijk. Dit is de tweede keer dat we hier verbleven hebben.

Top hotel net buiten het centrum van Rome
Hotel is perfect in orde. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, zeer mooie kamers en restaurant en veel extra service. Locatie is prima, net buiten het centrum (met de auto in 15 minuten in hartje stad). Een echte aanrader is de bar/het restaurant.

j'ai voulu corrigé ma réservation 10 minutes après avoir validé .Refus catégorique de l'établissement . Ce genre de politique commercial doit être sanctionné par la franchise. Une action est en cours . coût de la perte 800 euros .Merci NOVOTEL ROMA

Too far from main attractions in Rome. Taxi cost $60 euros to get there. Close to airport though . Can’t win!

Hotel refused to allow us to eat our own food in empty spaces and didn’t have any pizza. Rude and unhelpful. They need help in accommodating customer requests.

It is not possible to eat food that comes from outside the hotel in the common areas of the hotel. the hotel offers a restaurant service and not a pizzeria. Was a great hotel for an overnight stay between flights. Later check out time was really convenient and could walk to a nearby mall to kill a few hours and get some food Lots of space for our family. Clean and great showers

Stay was nice but little far from main attractions, we missed the breakfast at hotel as it opens at 7 am on weekends as our tour bus started at 7am. And we had to buy breakfast later on trip. On Sunday we had a flight back to home at 8:30 am and we had to start from hotel around 6:30 am .. again when we asked hotel to provide some breakfast, they said it opens at 7am.

This is one of the best Hotel's I've stayed in, especially for the price. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, the rain head shower was awesome, I would have stayed there every night while in Italy but was traveling to other areas. Would highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are nice, but a little small. Location is conveniently close to a mall, gas stations, and major roads, and airport. Restaurant food was meh. We ate there for convenience, but I was not happy with the food. For example, my salmon carpaccio was smoked salmon, not raw fish. I cook much better at home. At least the prices were not outrageous. The fish tanks needed cleaning, and the fish inside were sick/dying due to lack of care/cleaning.

TV Remote had to be taken close to the box every time, evening staff very rude, Reception never picked up phone from Room, Light in the room not enough, Tea bags never replaced, transport from the hotel was very inconvinient reaching downtown We deserve a credit refund.

A couple of problems: Two of room's light bulb burned out therefore a little dark inside and placement of bath towels above toilet, one of them was in the toilet when we check-in to the room.

Overall stay was good except it was stuffy as we couldn’t switch on the air conditioner Luckily we were on the 4 floor and not so much mosquitoes Tried the restaurant, food was not too bad 30 minutes drive to FCO airport from the hotel.

Mejorar sus amenidades
El hotel nos pareció bien ubicado para otras zonas de Roma que queríamos conocer, que NO eran las turísticas que ya habíamos conocido, aunque en transporte también puedes acceder a éstas. El lobby nos pareció agradable pero las habitaciones tienen que mejorar sus sábanas (muy rasposas), almohadas (durísimas), menidades para el baño (no tenían), el aire acondicionado (no servía, mucho calor en la noche). El personal fue muy amable.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Service und das Frühstück waren gut. Das Zimmer war ansprechend und groß genug.

Great looking and accommodating staff. Very nice hotel, nice rooms. In the business district location, which I did not know and not so desirable as a ride to most attractions. Breakfast certainly needs some love but beyond that a great hotel.

The lobby area looked nice and clean. However once you get to the rooms it’s a completely different story. It’s dark and it smells bad. Not very clean and the furniture is very outdated. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Stavamo rientrando dalla Sardegna e dovevamo soggiornare una notte a Roma. Mia moglie è stata male e per tal motivo ci siamo presentati alla reception dell'albergo chiedendo se potevo avere subito la camera, ovviamente pagando l'extra, per far riposare mia moglie. Il ragazzo alla reception non solo ci ha dTo subito la camera ma ci ha dato tutta l'assistenza necessaria per farsi che mia moglie stesse bene. Immenso e grazie da parte di tutta la mia famiglia. Mia moglie si è riposata ed è stata molto meglio. Grazie ancora
