Hotel heeft goede locatie en is in principe een goede uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Rome. Ontbijt is vrij eenzijdig en het hotel is wel redelijk gedateerd.

The single rooms were on the street side. The traffic noise was unbearable practically all night even with closed windows. In one of the rooms it was not possible to turn off the heating.

Leuk hotel. Lekker centraal in gelegen.
Het was leuk. Ik heb super genoten met mijn vriend en zou zeker nog eens een keer terug gaan.

Zeer centraal gelegen met geweldig dakterras!
Prima hotel met een geweldig dakterras met uitzicht over heel Rome! Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. 24 uurs bemande receptie. Nette kamer en prima badkamer. Kortom een aanrader als je een paar dagen in Rome bent. Vlakbij bus en tramhalte. Het hotel ligt op een steenworp afstand van het gigantische pallazo Venezia. Enige minpunt is de enorme herrie van verkeer. Het hotel ligt aan een erg drukke weg. Raam dicht en airco aan scheelt al heel veel.

In mei 2013 geweest, goed hotel, goed ontbijt, goede kamers, leuk dakterras, goede Wifi, mini bar betaalbare prijzen, ligging is echt super alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader. Enig nadeel, geen bar in het Hotel. Verder is dit hotel een aanrader.

Have stayed there many times. The hotel is in a great location. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The views from the roof terrace are excellent.

We loved this hotel. The location was excellent, every staff member was kind and friendly, it was very clean and the breakfast was an added bonus. The a/c in the room was very good, which was appreciated. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but overall the hotel was very good.

Pesimo, la primer noche solo habia la persona que estaba en recepcion y no habia quien pudiera ayudarme con el aire acondicionado, me dijeron que no habia nada que hacer, pedi varias veces jabon de tocador y no pudieron darme en 3 dias, el hotel muy viejo y con falta de mantenimiento. El peronal del desayuno muy amable. No deberian de tener ese hotel en su pagina.

The location was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice but like most hotels in Rome, it could use some updating. Our room was on the 6th floor and had a nice balcony with a small table and chairs. The balcony was a nice feature, but the rooftop patio is above the 6th floor rooms and guests must use the 6th floor to get to the rooftop. Guests sliding the tables and chairs was very loud at all hours of the day & night. The view from up there is nice though and it’s a nice place to sit with a beverage. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend a room with a balcony. I used ear plugs and was happy to have a balcony. The breakfast was a nice bonus as well.

Fabulous breakfast and great location
Wonderful stay and fabulous breakfast! The Pace Helvezia was an easy walk from the bus stop from the train station, and close to the must sees in Roma. Our room was on the street side, which was bustling until 2am or so, but we were able to close the window and still be comfortable in the room (April). The (included) breakfast was fantastic and I was impressed at how hard Francesca worked every morning (we stayed three days.) All of the front desk staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful stay in Rome!

Walking distance to alot of things. Other than that, very old hotel with outdated appliances. In need of MAJOR renovations. Very bad wifi in room. Tea kettle was replaced by another dirty one. Room safe did not work. Toilet and urinal set up makes no sense- especially if you are a tall person. Avoid if you can.

The hotel is very well located, the staff were warm and eager to assist. I lost a night due to flight cancellation. This information was shared with the hotel and absolutely no empathy. Be sure not to book non-refundable with this hotel. Breakfast was ok but in a tiny room with insufficient seating. It's the perfect location to walk around Rome city center, it is not 4stars.

Overall, the property and staff was quite nice and lovely. However, our room had an issue with a running toilet. It was bad enough they turned the water off overnight. The guest in the next room complained several times. It took flushing it multiple times to get it to stop running.

Buona struttura in una zona centrale di Roma con mezzi pubblici comodi . Personale alla reception molto gentile e camerieri al ristorante competenti e gentili. Buona la colazione, varia e con varietà di cibo dolce e salato . Camera spaziosa e pulita l’unica pecca era la doccia veramente vecchia e malmessa . Heater wasn't working. I talked to reception 20 times but nothing changed. We got frozen. Top of that, we got a very noisy neighbors next to door and couldnt sleep at all. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was great. Close to everywhere. And they had a fantastic rooftop. Breakfast was average.

Nice hotel. Fantastic location. Breakfast OK, but not exceptional. Staff with one exception (at breakfast) helpful and friendly. The room was stylish, clean and functional. Extra plus for the small balcony. Some noise from the busy street outside, even at night.

The Pace hotel is in a great area of town. It is a 15 min walk to the train station, 15 min walk to the Colosseum, 5 min walk to Trevi fountain. The staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was great, with many selections. Bring a bottle of wine to the rooftop terrace and enjoy a beautiful view of Rome. My only problem was the street noise, but I am a light sleeper.

Beliggenheten er perfekt. De har en fantstisk takterasse som er helt strålende. Dessverre er resten så som så. Sengene er steinharde. Vi forsøkte å bytte rom for å se om vi fikk en bedre seng. Frokosten er ekstremt dårlig med sure folk som betjente den. Et fordums storhetshotell som ikke henger helt med.

Sentral og bra hotell.
Sentralt hotell med grei standard. Perfekt beliggenhet til alt du vil gjøre i Roma som turist. Hotellet er av eldre dato, og derfor noe slitt. Pene og rene rom. Super service av de ansatte. Tilbyr også transport tur/retur flyplass. Transporten anbefales på det sterkeste, og gjør det kjedeligste med turen (flyplassopphold) til en lek.
