De ligging van het hotel is perfect.
De ligging is perfect, alles te voet te bereiken. De bus stopt bijna voor de deur. Wij hadden een comfort kamer, deze was aan de kleine kant, we misten een zitje je kon alleen op bed liggen. De badkamer was goed, alles was aanwezig. Het ontbijt was voldoende, niet lux. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Goed hotel in de binnenstad.
Het hotel ligt in een prachtige straat, de verkeersluwe Via Giulia. De Tiber, de heuvel Gianniculo, de gezellige wijk Trastevere, het statige Piazza Navona, de markt op Campo dei Fiori en Vaticaanstad zijn op loopafstand. Het ontbijt is goed, de kamers worden elke dag prima schoongemaakt, het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.Wij waren hier al voor de derde keer op rij.

Vlakbij Vaticaan. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer is supermooi en schoon. Het lijkt wel een oude kerk. De straat is mooi en rustig. Het bed is erg fijn. Fantastisch hotel.

Prachtig hotel midden in Rome
Alles op loopafstand. Indrukwekkende gebouwen met veel historie in de buurt. Gezellige straatjes met restaurants en winkeltjes. Het hotel is sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We hadden dit hotel geboekt in combinatie met een vlucht. Bij aankomst kregen we lekkere cappuccino met taart. Ook werden bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving op een plattegrond aangewezen en gemarkeerd. Na het inchecken kregen we onze kamersleutels. In de mooie grote kamer was alles prima verzorgd. We hadden zelfs een balkon. Er was een gang van d badkamer naar de slaapkamer. Deze was aan de lage kant. Sleutels konden we inleveren als we de stad in gingen. 24/7 service in het hotel. We verbleven 3 nachten in dit hotel. 's ochtend stond er een lekker ontbijtbuffet in de kelder klaar. Verse taarten, fruit en ook lekkere cappuccino werd voor ons gemaakt. Een heerlijke start van de dag! Door de centrale ligging hebben we alles te voet gedaan. Een prima hotel, goede service en een perfecte locatie. Wellicht ook voor een volgende keer ;)

Voortreffelijk hotel
Uitstekend hotel, vriendelijke service (personeel deed alles om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken), grote kamer, goed , ruim bed, goede wifiverbinding, uitgebreid ontbijt (zeker naar Italiaanse normen). Wij verbleven er tijdens de extreem hete hondsdagen in juli (temperatuur- en vochtigheidsgraadrecords zijn deze week gesneuveld aan de lopende band. Ons hotel was dan the place to be om even aan de hitte te ontsnappen. Airco werkt heel goed en isolatie is dankzij de dikke muren (dit was vroeger een herenhuis in een heel chique straat) heel doeltreffend (onze kamer bevond zich direct naast de voordeur, maar wij hebben nooit iets gehoord van geluiden op de gangEnkele aandachtspunten: de douche was veel te klein (wij zijn beide absoluut niet groot van gestalte, maar konden nauwelijks keren of draaien in douche), geen bar (wel minibar in de kamer met alles op en aan), maar een volwassen bar waar je bijvoorbeeld kan gaan aperitieven is geen overbodige luxe.

Degelijk hotel op loopafstand van Vaticaan
Nette, schone kamer. Voor Italië een redelijk uitgebreid buffet. Kamer was iets klein en hetzelfde geldt voor de badkamer, er loopt nog een trap naar boven waar een sofa staat. Hier werd door ons in ieder geval geen gebruik van gemaakt. Voor de rest een prima uitvalbasis!

We (37F and 41M) really enjoyed the location, how friendly the staff were and how clean the room was. Two things that stood out. 1.the room we got (502) was super small for two people. We would have to Tetris ourselves to move around. 2. If you arrive after reception hours 4pm then you might struggle with the virtual door unlock/lock system. So be sure to ask the front desk to leave you the proper instructions or look for a welcome envelope at the reception desk.

Amazing location in central Rome, easily walkable to all of the major attractions and countless dining options, clean and quiet room, friendly and helpful staff. The staff is only there from 8:00-4:00, so I didn't see them much. The only slight negative of our entire stay was the slightly confusing room access system, but they answered the phone after hours when we arrived on hte first night and were very helpful walking us through how to use it.

Just completed a 10 day trip to Italy and Relais Guilia is one of the prettiest hotels we stayed at. It's a small romantic hotel that is close to all of the attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They totally go out of their way to give you advice on restaurants and places to go.

It is a very friendly et a small hotel. Close to the Vatican and hop on hop off buss. The staff is very competent and helfull. And a nice restaurant at a waking distance. I would return and recommend it!!!

Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, and it was fantastic! Can’t beat this location! Only a 10 minute walk to Trastevere which had lots of great restaurants; walkable to the big attractions. Very safe and very quiet location. Room was large and even had a jacuzzi tub. Would recommend staying here!

Awesome staff, great location to go to Travestere neighborhood, hop on-hop off bus stop and it’s a quiet street with a TON of cool history. Room was clean and pretty. AC wasn’t super powerful and had to ask for an iron as they don’t just come with each room. Overall it’s a great hotel.

Great one night stay, far better than expected!
We only stayed for 1 night, but from arrival, after an issue with a taxi driver trying to charge too much, Ash behind reception helped us challenge the driver and we got the fare reduced. He was a lovely guy and really helpful to sort restaurants taxis etc. The hotel itself is small, but beautiful with its boutique layout and appearance. The location is down a quiet street, but not far from many of the main Rome sites, and a five minute walk from plenty of great looking restaurants. I would highly recommend the hotel for location, quality and friendliness.
