Chambre en face de la rue : bruyante mais nous étions en plein cœur de Rome. Donc, il faut s’y attendre. Lits très confortables. Petit bémol : pas habitué aux salles de bain européennes donc très petites. L’hôte Gabriel et la personne qui nous accueille, June, sont super sympathiques, très accueillants et le service hors pair. Déjeuner offert par l’hébergement, le restaurant « Ciampini » se trouve a quelques pas et le personnel super gentil et le déjeuner très bon.

Camera piccola ma funzionale e silenziosa. Struttura posizionata in un bel quartiere, comoda ai mezzi o per arrivare in centro a piedi.

Nice B B , clean comfortable very close to the city center. Excellent the staff, Mr Gabriele and Jun were fantastic. Next time in Rome we will certainly go back. Very happy have spent some days there.

Suite dans un appartement, quartier du Vatican
L'établissement est un appartement situé au 3e étage. Plusieurs chambres doubles sont disponibles. On nous remet un jeu de clés pour l'entrée de l'immeuble, de l'appartement et de la chambre. Il n'y a pas de personnel en permanence. Un espace salon manque vraiment.. Peu d'espace dans la chambre, décoration simple mais correcte, très bonne literie, salle de bains exigüe sans baignoire, Petit déjeuner servi exclusivement dans la chambre par un personnel très aimable et très serviable. Service taxi bien plus cher par l’intermédiaire de l'hôtel.

I chose this hotel by site for location, comfort and facilities like the wifi. The information that the hotel had free wifi influenced my choice. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have wifi, which made it difficult to choose the tourist sites, purchase tickets for attractions and check in of airlines The service staff is very attentive and the breakfast is complete. If I had known that there was no internet, I would have chosen another hotel. I bought a different product than there was.

there are problems with the manager of telephony and wi-fi throughout the condo .... it is not our fault if the service is not restored quickly.

O Inferno está repleto de Bem Intencionados !
A água na torneira da pia não esquentava e assim permaneceu até o final da hospedagem ( 4 noites ). O chuveiro estava frio mas foi arrumado no dia seguinte à nossa hospedagem. O elevador representa risco aos usuários. A "hospedaria" conta com 4 suites em um antigo apartamento em edifício residencial.

B&B dans un appartement rénové dans un hôtel particulier début du siècle. Chambre fonctionnelle, calme et personnel à l'écoute. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rome (proche du Vatican, de la Villa Borghèse, du Métro)

לא הייתי מדרג אותו כמלון . מקסימום מוטל
המקלחון ראוי לשינוי ויפה שעה קודם . המזגן כפי הנראה מתוזמן ע"י הבעלים לעבוד לפי טיימר . משעות הערב אין במקום הזה מישהו שאפשר לקבל מימנו שירות . אם ישנה או התעוררה בעיה אין למי לפנות . הבעלים לא נמצא ואין דרך להשיגו עד למחרת בבוקר . זה בניין מגורים שהדירה שבו נהפכה ל 7 סוויטות בקיצור לוקיישן נהדר בלבד ולא יותר מזה

This property is not a Hotel but a bed & breakfast, the air conditioning works perfectly, the client has touched several buttons to start, but had blocked the air conditioning because a timer has been added.

Hôtel idéalement situé proche du Vatican et du métro. Personnel très agréable. Seul bémol : la douche un peu petite mais nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Zentral gelegen zwischen Vatikan und Tiber. Fußläufig ist auch die Altstadt von Rom zu erreichen.

Due passi dal vaticano e sulla via dello shopping
L'albergo non è altro che un'abitazione in un condominio in via Cola di Rienzo. Ad accoglierci un ragazzo cinese molto gentile, che ci ha custodito le valigie in attesa che la camera fosse pronta (erano le 9 del mattino). Il domicilio si trova facilmente e il portone è proprio sulla via principale. La residenza è stata rimessa a nuovo ed adattata per farne uso b&b. All'ingresso c'è un disimpegno con scrivania che espone varie guide e mappe di Roma e in disparte, una credenza/ufficio che contiene il necessario per fare il ceck in e le scorte per la colazione. All'arrivo vengono consegnate le chiavi e tramite un modulo si possono indicare le preferenze per la colazione del mattino successivo, che è molto variegata, buonissima e viene consegnata direttamente in camera all'ora scelta. La nostra camera dava proprio sulla via principale e ovviamente non è silenziosissima, ma eravamo così stanchi da non aver fatto caso a nessun rumore. Piuttosto il letto era molto duro e i cuscini sottilissimi.... avrei dovuto trascorrere più di una notte per capire se fossero pregiudicanti. Nel complesso la permanenza è stata più che soddisfacente: camera confortevole e pulita, set di cortesia in bagno, tv con abbonamento sky, colazione ricca e buona, vicinanza al vaticano e ai negozi, ma non posso dare informazioni sulla pulizia giornaliera e cambio degli asciugamani, poichè il soggiorno è stato di una sola notte. In ogni caso, ci tornerei.

Residenza Cola di Rienzo - Suite in Rome
Buon B&B posto in uno stabile, bello e molto ben tenuto, a 7 minuti a piedi dall'uscita della metro Lepanto. L'ambiente è pulito e curato, la nostra stanza era arredata in modo semplice ma gradevole con moquette per terra (prima di andar via ho avuto modo di sbirciare altre stanze e mi sono sembrate arredate meglio), bagno piccolo ma pulito ed esteticamente ben realizzato. All'arrivo il titolare, molto cortese, ci ha chiesto a che ora volevamo la sveglia e cosa desideravamo per la colazione (abbondante) che viene servita in camera al carrello. Uniche note negative, qualche impronta di scarpe lasciata da qualche ospite sul fondo della parete (almeno nella nostra stanza) e, per chi non è abituato o è piuttosto sensibile, qualche rumore di troppo proveniente da Via Cola di Rienzo e dal mini- frigobar, dal design accattivante ma un pò rumoroso (ho risolto staccando la spina della corrente durante la notte). Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente buono.
