Leuk hotel vlakbij centrum Rome
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het hotel was erg keurig en schoon. Kamer en sanitair prima in orde. Om Rome te bezoeken is dit een fijn hotel om te verblijven. Onze kamer lag aan de achterkant, waar het heel stil/rustig was, echter geen mooi uitzicht maar dat vonden wij niet erg. In de kleine ontbijtzaal werd een prima ontbijt geleverd, echter niet overdadig. Dit hotel heeft geen lift ( is een verdieping hoog). Bij aankomst is het even zoeken omdat het hotel een kleine entree heeft.

Kleinschalig fijn hotel
Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ligging is top net uit de drukte maar ook zo in de drukte. Er zijn maar 12 kamers dus het ontbijtzaaltje is ook klein maar wel prima!

Super Residenza dichtbij metro Flaminio, aanrader!
Met dochter van 14 op citytrip! Veilig gelegen, fraai klein hotel, early check in, koffertjes werden naar kamer gebracht, mooie (blauwe) kamer, openslaande ramen, prima bed, badkamertje met heerlijke douche, toiletartikelen, grote handdoeken, alles superschoon. Op ons verzoek zitje met 2 fauteuils neergezet. Dagelijkse kamer opmaak, voelde als luxe. Goede wifi. Lekker (knus) ontbijt, prima koffie, thee,sappen, toast, croissants, taarten, zoet & hartig beleg, eitjes,yochertjes en vers fruit. Bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en anders binnen 5 minuten bij de metro. Piazza di Poppolo ook op 5 min. lopen, kijken, eten, winkelen. Nog een tip: ga Rome bekijken met de fiets, Top Bike Tours aan de Via Labicana beviel heel goed! Kortom een aanrader, staff heeft service with a big smile!

Leuk hotel om Rome te ontdekken
Leuk en gastvrij hotel. Ligt centraal. Je kunt de meeste monumenten te voet ontdekken.

Locatie is fantastisch, hotel middelmatig
De locatie is echt perfect, het hotel is geenszins wat je verwacht bij het zien van de foto's. Kamer is superklein en donker, er is een raam, maar met tralies ervoor en geen doorkijk naar de straat. Luxe is ook ver te zoeken. De oploskoffie (in Italië?!) bij het ontbijt is ook niet wat je verwacht als je de site bekijkt, de foto's ziet en de beoordelingen leest. Ik zou het hotel dus zeker niet aanraden, kijk rustig verder, maar qua buurt echt top!

Location was close to Piazza del Popolo which was convenient for touring. It was also a short walk to the Spanish Steps. However, would never stay there again. Had booked two rooms: Changed to a new room as first one had ants. Second room water backed up in the sink and next to a staff member that lives in the hotel. They were loud and disrupted us regularly while in the room. It was so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Breakfast didn't start until 8am so we could only attend one morning and it wasn't worth going. There was no way to make coffee in the room. After all of this the staff acted like it was our fault and it was a bother that we mentioned any of it.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in assisting ordering taxi and transfers. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and full conversations could be heard. The last night the people across the hall screamed for over an hour which facilitated very poor sleep. Location is great for access to Plaza de Popolo. Keep in mind that if getting a hoho bus the closest stop is 23 mins away. You can walk to the coliseum in 30 mins from the hotel though!

The property is in a good location. Walkable to sights, dinning and shopping. However, we had some issues & concerns that I’m outlining below. 1. This property is not well maintained. * Hallway carpets are old and soiled * Bathroom shower frames are not kept clean and have visible mold, rust and calcification. * Inside the toilet bowl is black and disgusting. 2. The continental breakfast is not served buffet style as it’s customary or as advertised in the photos. There were display counters but they were empty. We were given a paper menu and a pencil to circle our choices and write the quantities we want. Our selections were presented quickly but if we wanted anything else, it was very difficult to get a hold of the server as he stayed in the pantry area all the time. 3. The photos are very misleading. The owners of this property used photos to display a property that does not exist at Via Gian Domenico Romagnosi 1. I say this literally because some of the photos belong to another property!!!!!!! Advertised as Luxury studios and scattered among photos of the “actual” property are very misleading photos that lead the traveler (in this case me) to believe these accommodations are available at this property and somehow the style is similar from room to room; when in fact, these rooms are in a completely different property quite a distance away (not walking distance if you have luggage) in a different neighborhood.

Little gem, big service!
Service was amazing! We were well taken care of and they gave us local recommendations for food that were incredible. There were nine of us in our party and we took 5 of the 14 rooms! The location is amazing! Very walkable to many areas! And the croissants at breakfast….YUM!!!

This is not a Luxury accommodation as advertised and verges on miss- selling. The rooms were clean but the reception was poor and the carpets were thread bare. Its an apartment conversion and poorly done especially with regards to sound proofing which is non existent. You can hear everything from next door and you might as well have your neighbours showering in your room its that noisy. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and towels were cheap. I hate to say it but its like a poor mans premier inn and for £250 a night its expensive. It was clean and the location is good. The chap on reception was good but wasted in the role. nothing was explained about breakfast and the reception is only manned from 8am - 9pm so if you arrive late or leave early expect no help. No lift as well so no good for people with mobility issues.

This was the perfect hotel for us! We were in Rome before flying home, and it was in such a convenient location to every major landmark! It made walking and transportation to and from the airport a breeze! The rooms were clean, beds (even the pull out couch) were comfortable and we were able to have 3-4 adults with no problem. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and organized a transport to the airport for us! I would highly recommend!

The room was LARGE which I really liked, and a very walkable area near Piazza del Popolo & Via del Corso, which I also liked. Staff were super kind/friendly. Also great water pressure & a rain shower head which was fantastic. Breakfast on site was nice if pricey at €10, but plenty of options nearby. And you get a free bottle of water daily. The major ding IMO was no coffee/tea in the room - not even instant! With breakfast not starting until 8, if you want to get up early, you have to do it uncaffeinated and head to the bar down the street. Just for that reason I wouldn't stay here again. But, if you don't care about that aspect, this is a great hotel.

I stayed for about 9 days and enjoyed this luxury boutique hotel. It's not a typical hotel venue but has its own charm. The staff at the reception, dining room and housekeeping department were all very friendly and helpful. They were responsive to our needs. The room is spacious enough considering this sits in the center of the city Rome. I'm very satisifed with the bedding and pillows, which are clean, well kept and comfortable. A delightful surprise was the sparkling bottled water and free tea and coffee pot they provided and replenished each day. It would be a perfect 10 score if the glass shower door could be a bit more updated and remodeled. Otherwise, it was a delightful and comfortable stay overall.

Great hotel and location
Hotel located right next to Piazza del Popolo so was about a 20-30 min walk to furthest key attractions which was ideal! It is just outside of the centre which means you don’t get the flat rate taxi fare of €50 from airport. Staff on reception at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. Room was modern and well decorated and had everything we needed. Only comment was that it felt like the floor probably could have done with a mop/wipe as was a bit dirty when not walking round with the slippers that were provided. Would definitely stay here again - thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a brand new, beautifully decorated suite. It’s on a quiet street right off the main shopping street. All of the city’s sites are within walking distance. The location is truly the best of all worlds - quiet, yet right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. The room is a little smaller than it looked in the photos.

The hotel is on a side street but that made it special. The neighborhood was quiet. Hotel staff, especially Andre was very helpful and helped us to get the correct train when we had to go to certain places. He even recommended places we could get our meals. When we asked to move from our room to another room, he was quite helpful in granting our request. Aka in all, I would stay again if I get another opportunity to do so!

Excelente ubicación y excelente servicio al client
El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente si deseas estar cerca de las atracciones de Roma pero en una zona más tranquila. Hay una estación de metro a una cuadra y paradas de autobuses. La piaza de Popolo también está caminando. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y sólo por eso repetiríamos. El único detalle es que no tienen elevador y se tienen que subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones, no obstante el personal del hotel nos ayudó subiendo el equipaje. Buena relación costo-beneficio.
