You were in the best area in Roma in Piazza del Popolo very Central and with very good price, you have been like to find a room in this period! We are very carefully about the maintenance!!!

About the smoke what could we do apart cleaning and put deodorant, it is not our fault if people smoke even is not allowed. As soon as you requested a blanket for the third bed we provided to give to you, so what else could we do for you!!!! Before booking you should have checked properly everything if it was a place that was ok for your needs, it is an apartment with 5 rooms not an hotel. Reception and concierge is on call. If you see all the feedback everywhere you can see that you are one of the few.

Overpriced!!?? I do not think so if you think that you are in the center of Roma the most expensive area!! You should check the price around !! For cheaper prices you can find outside the center!!

Hi Rebecca, the checkin is not weird is on appointment, it is an apartment not an hotel open 24 hours, as soon as I received the booking I send an email asking the right time of arrival but you never answered, otherwise I could have organized in advance the checkin for you. I do not know about which number are you talking about, everywhere there is my number! The room is smaller because when you booked that one was the last one available it is a very busy period.

Hi, Iam afraid but that room was the last room available, this is a busy period so all the rooms were booked from previous guests staying longer period. Regarding the water Iam sorry about that, usually we put 2 bottles in the room as amenities, you should have asked my worker without no problems, they where in the fridge in the small kitchen!! Regarding breakfast, it is specified everywhere that the place does not have breakfast but only rooms, If you have found something, it is just because I like a bit of cuddles for my guest but it is not breakfast it is just something complimentary . If you were looking a place with breakfast you should haven’t chosen this place but a different one.
