Zeer mooi studio appartement van 35 m², gelegen in het historische centrum van Rome. In een rustige straat, waar je nog steeds oude Italiaanse ambachtslieden kunt vinden. Veilig en goed verbonden met de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden.
Enkele minuten lopen van Piazza Navona en Campo dei Fiori, tien minuten lopen van het Vaticaan. Een korte wandeling naar het Archeologisch gebied en Coloseum.
Familie met jarenlange ervaring.
2e verdieping van een elegant en residentieel oud gebouw, met versierd houten plafond, volledig uitgeruste keukenhoek (minikoelkast, waterkoker, magnetron, elektrische vuren), tafel en stoelen, tweepersoonsbed - queensize -, slaapbank voor twee personen, flatscreen tv, draadloze verbinding. Hoewel het appartement op een hoge verdieping ligt (tweede / derde VS met lift) en uitkijkt op een vrij en klein voetgangersgebied, zijn de ramen allemaal nieuw en voorzien van geluidsdempende brillen.
Badkamer met een zeer grote en comfortabele douche. haardroger beschikbaar. Strijkijzer en strijkplank. Airconditioning / verwarming. WiFi gratis en snelle verbinding. Voor 4 personen, hoewel we stellen dat ze goede vrienden of familie moeten zijn.
De laudromat is een minuut lopen.

De Studio Navona TWO grenst aan een tweede Studio van 35 m², NavonaONE, met een tweepersoonsbed, een slaapbank, een badkamer met een zeer comfortabele douche, een keukenhoek. Deze studio is geschikt voor maximaal 3 personen
Beide studio's kunnen worden gehuurd voor 7 personen.

Basic apartment at the center of the old quarter

The apartment was what it promised. Clean, fairly quiet, in the old quarter of Rome near everything. The bed was comfortable, and Olivia gave us some great recommendations. The apartment could have been slightly better equipped. It needs hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on near the shower. Also the very basic kitchen, could use a spatula and little spoons (there were only soup spoons). Also extra garbage bags for people like us staying a little longer. Otherwise, it was fine, comfortable, one big room.

Olivia went above and beyond to point us to less popular things to do on a very busy weekend. The unit contains all that you need and the location is quiet. Yet steps away are restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and shopping. Highly recommend!

Pros Location and good communications and internet worked well Cons Too many steps within the unit - one small step to washroom and within washroom there is a step to bidet and then a big step to shower room without a handle. Unsafe for seniors. There is an elevator but you have to go up 10 more uneven steps to the unit. Not good for seniors. There is a kitchen section with equipments but it is just good enough for breakfast with boiled eggs and toast. I don’t recommend to any seniors. TV didn’t work.

Great location, great apartment

We loved Olivia’s apartment which was just what we needed after a day of wondering around Rome. A great location to get to all the popular tourist spots, and anything else you want to see. There is so much to see and enjoy from just stepping out of the building. The local alley ways are full of interesting food places and little stores. A relaxing hubbub of daily life goes on around you during the day and yet amazingly quiet at night after closing time. We would definitely stay here again.

Rome in 3 Days

The location of this unit was perfect for a quick tour of Rome. This was our first visit to Rome and we could walk to all the major tourist sites from this address. It is located in a busy area, right next to a good restaurant, and 25 M from a taxi stop. The unit was clean, quiet, spacious, and easy to find. We didn't meet the host but didn't need to. We communicated via Whats app and found the host quick to respond and the directions to access the room were clear and easy to follow. We had a great stay and highly recommend this unit.

Perfect & charming Rome apartment

We loved our stay! The location is amazing, apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and Olivia is an excellent host who also helped us with airport transportation. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet in the evening. The charm of the historic building added to our enjoyment. 10/10 recommend. Cafe Novocentro a few minutes walk is excellent any time of day.

Amazing location in Rome

Olivia was an amazing and gracious host. She was easy to reach and very responsive. Her appartment extremely clean and was amazingly well located. We didnt need to a take bus or metro. We were able to walk to all major attractions. 5 min to piazza Navona and Pantheon..15 min to Castel Sant Angelo..and 30 min to Vatican and Colosseum. There was so much to see along the way that you didnt even feel the longer walks. Travelled with my husband and children 11 and 13 and they did not complain once. The appartment was in walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely come back to stay at Olivia's next time we are in Rome!

Rome re visited

My adult daughter and I spent some time in Italy and stayed 4 nights in Rome as she had never previously visited the city. We found our accommodation was situated in a very convenient area and was incredibly secure. We walked everywhere and found many places for meals and coffee that were not on the usual tourist trail. Thank goodness!! We enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant right next door. Very handy. The studio is fine for 2 people, but would be somewhat "cosy" for more. Many thank to Olivia, she was most helpful.

Viva Roma!

We absolutely enjoyed our 5 nights at Olivia's apartment in the heart of ancient Rome. The accommodation was exactly as stated. The location was superb. We were able to walk everywhere. The restaurant below the apartment, Al Braciere, was so convenient and the pastas and pizzas were delicious. There's a Pam groceria at the corner and the Ristocaffe, 3 minute's walk is the place to go for cappuccino and croissants. There's lots of lively action in the area and plenty of choices for dining. Olivia was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Thank you for being an excellent host.

Lovely clean apartment close to all of the sights of Rome, easy entry via key safe, steps to property as it’s on upper floor but there is a lift for most of the way. Nice large shower, wc and bidet available. Clean fresh towels and all you need for a short stay in the beautiful city. Thanks to the host who was easily contactable and friendly.

Location is excellent

Location is excellent. Studio is very small but sufficient. It was very cold in the studio since the mini split Didn't work. We were provided a small heater That didn't help much since The ceilings are very high. Barhroom equipment needed: shelf for soap and shampoo in shower stall, hooks for towels, new comfortable shower mat. Kitchen equipment minimal. Lovely restaurant at street level. Olivia responded quickly. We were freezing cold for 4 days so I had hoped she would discount or waive the additional fees. We paid in full.
