Fabulous stay in Rome
Super verblijf in moderne en zeer propere kamer. Heel comfortabel bed en fantastische, geruisloze A-C. Locatie is top!!! Caren is erg behulpzaam, we konden na uitchecken onze bagage achter laten en bij het ophalen om naar de luchthaven te vertrekken hadden we de mogelijkheid om nog te douchen (wat wel aangenaam is na een ganse dag buiten in bijna 40gr). Ontbijt vrij basic in bar aan de overkant van de straat.

The room looked extremely larger in the photos! They were super tight for space. We like hear everything in the hallway. We came in for the start of honeymoon and it was not screaming set the mood! The mini fridge didn’t work well….it was the middle of a heat wave and we couldn’t keep our drinks cold! The rooms were clean and the receptionist was super nice!

This property is very unique, clean and very well located. We loved they provided us with free snacks and coffee every morning. The place makes you feel at home, it is very well organized and decorated. We were there for a week and we did not want to leave. If you are looking for a comfortable suite for two this is the perfect one. *Plus: walking distance for the trevi fountain, pantheon, great restaurants and shopping areas. You won't regret . On a adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Ideal pour visiter Rome à pieds et la disponibilité de Caren. Bien qu'on avait réservé une chambre double standard, la chambre était très étroite et elle manquait de place pour mettre les valises. La salle de bain etait correct malgré le manque de pression de la douche et le manque d'eau chaude... La literie était très bien. Cependant, impossible de se reposer le matin. La chambre est très mal insonorisée. Les voisins du dessus qui courent dans leur appartement et les portes qui claquent... Sans compter que durant tout notre séjour, la femme de ménage, présente tôt le matin, ne s'est pas gênée à plusieurs reprises de frapper à notre porte pour nous réveiller afin de nous donner des linges propres... Le ménage n'a jamais été fait alors que nous quittions la chambre aux alentours de 10h. Il aurait été souhaitable d'avoir un panneau recto-verso: "ne pas deranger" / "libre"... Les vacances sont faits pour se reposer... Le jour de notre départ, nous devions quitter la chambre à 11h. A 10h45, la femme de ménage nous a mis dehors en râlant... alors que nous étions en train de finir nos bagages...

It was wonderful the bed was very comfortable the manager was very sweet and went out of her way to help us and accommodate us. The maid was great and very nice. The room was kept excellently clean. The refrigerator was well stocked .

Luxury rooms, but problems with some issues!
We have just stayed at this great place. The room is stunning with high ceilings and a feel of old meets new. The bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep. The shower is amazing, although on arrival we only had hand towels and were told this was all there was. It's a very clean room and has the wow factor. Location is really central and you can walk to all the main attractions. Reception isn't manned 24 hours a day so if you have a late check in you need to let them know. We drove and parked about 5 minutes away in a multi storey car park which was €18 for 24 hours, it's a bit tricky to get to with the one way system though! We had an issue with a table which we reported as an accident but the owners claimed it was our fault and took €500 without permission! It looks as though it has been paid back but we are having some difficulty in them replying to our emails to confirm this! Hopefully this was a one off issue but check everything is ok on arrival to save the stress that we have had. The lady on reception was very helpful and pleasant. The room we had was very cramped as it tapered into a point which rendered 30% of the room unusable. Very close to all the major sight seeing attractions.

On a adoré la localisation, la chambre (suite 1), le style, le service. On a moins aimé la douche à l'italienne qui s'écoulait mal et dont les portes sont peu hermétiques lors des douches. Ainsi que le manque de bouilloire dans la chambre.

Excelente acomodação em Roma. Quartos muito confortáveis e muito limpos. Bem localizado no Centro, a poucos metros de vários monumentos históricos, da Vila Borghese, etc. Área com muitos restaurantes, lojas, mercados, tudo de que precisamos. E o mais importante, a ótima recepção de Karen, que dá ao cliente toda ajuda necessária.

Beautiful room with SUPER comfortable king size bed. Pillows were also very comfortable. AC works marvellously. The only small “problem” was the wifi constantly cuts out. Other than that, this place is perfect and is walking distance to all of Rome’s main sites.

Great service. The receptionist/ care taker, Caren is brilliant. Extremely helpful , 5 star review for her. Hotel is good too, few minutes from Spanish steps. Short walk to two metro stations, very convenient to get around Rome by public transport too. Cleaner is very good and through. A safe place to stay with kids. Would go again.

Great Stay
We had a little trouble checking in late as our phones were not receiving the instructions. Once through that it was great. Amazing location, comfortable clean room and bed. We would stay there again in a minute. The only thing you have to realize is there are no amenities. If you are comfortable with that it is a great stay.

La cosa pessima di questa struttura è stato il fatto che mi sono dovuto fare la doccia fredda perchè non c'era acqua calda, ma ancora piu grave che ho provato a contsttarli sul loro numero mobile, dopo l'orario di reception, e non mi hanno risposto. Gli ho lasciato la mattina un messaggio scritto sul desk, chiedendo il rimborso di parte del seggiorno, visto che non ho potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi, non so sono degnati neanche di una telefonata per le scuse.

Fabulous little gem of a place!
Booked this little gem of a place through Hotels.com & what a find it was! If your looking for a room in the centre of Rome at an affordable price then look no further. We stayed in suite number 2 which had a huge bed, was very comfortable & clean, modern bathroom with amazing shower. Only 5 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain & also conveniently located for the underground for trips further afield if you don’t want to walk. A special mention to the lovely Caren who checked us in, she could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Will definitely be returning to this fabulous city & will definitely stay here again.

אחלה מלון קטן, מאוד נוח ונקי והכי חשוב קרוב לכל האטרקציות ולהרבה מסעדות. לקחנו את החדר הבינוני ולא התחרטנו. ראינו גם את החדר הקטן והוא נראה קטן מדי אז ממליצים על החדר הבינוני או הגדול. בסף הכל חוויה מצויינת.

Fairly well appointed, but the housekeeping could be better. Also, when we visited they didn't have breakfast available due to "renovation" and they offered a 3 EUR per perso per day refund. This was not mentioned during the booking and no previous note about it was sent. There are better choices for this price in the general area. The staff was professional and responsive, and helped arrange the ground transportation from and to the airport.

Sono stato ospite per una notte e mi sono trovato benissimo per pulizia, cortesia e tutto. Non è il classico hotel, ma se la vostra richiesta è avere una stanza nella massima pulizia e a pochissimi minuti dalla metro siate certi che farete la scelta giusta. La colazione è servita nel bar di fronte.

Great location, allowed us to walk to many sites. The hostess provided valuable suggestions on places to eat and visit, beyond the ordinary. Free and reliable wifi was excellent. We would happily stay there again.

This is not a hotel
This hotel does not have no reception and no dining room has nothing. You get breakfast in the bar opposite the hotel which costs 3 euros and that's what you get. Coffee and toast. Water not included. We received a double room that was barely enough for one person. The price of a 4 star hotel ?????

Most comfortable room with great location!
We stayed at Sistina Twenty Three for one night in Rome. The room was very comfortable, spacious for european standards, and clean, the nicest during our trip (the bed/ sleep was excellent). There were several electrical outlets in the room and the wifi worked well for us. The location is great, close walk to several piazzas, restaurants and the Barberini metro train. The room had complimentary coffee and tea as well as toiletries for guests. The daily city tax was paid in cash. There is a small elevator (lift) in building, helpful for luggage upon arriving or departures. We would happily return to Sistina Twenty Three and recommend to others.

Séjour excellent tout est près autour. Endroit très propre et confortable. Par contre, un peu plus d'espace dans la chambre aurait été un plus. Les gens à l'accueil sont gentils et serviables.

Все было прекрасно !девушка на ресепшн реагировала мгновенно на все просьбы и вопросы,была крайне внимательна и вежлива !с удовольствием вернулась бы сюда или в один из гостевых домов этой сети .теперь не надо ломать голову где остановиться в Риме в очередную поездку .но минус-это пустой мини бар.хотя бы вода в номере должна быть обязательно !

For us the best place to stay in Rome, couldn't have thought of anything better! Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with this exceptionally cool disco shower, Italian breakfast in a typical bar just opposite the street and a very caring receptionist... located in the middle of the city centre, we were able to discover everything by foot. I definitely would stay there again.

We had a great experience! It is a small hotel with only four rooms, the rooms are a bit small but pretty, comfortable and has everything. Great location and above all, the service was just perfect! They really helped us and made our trip better. Good value for the price.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Small room with a big, nice bathroom. Big and firm yet comfortable bed. Very clean place. Conveniently located near a subway (Barberini). Close to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and Via Veneto. Small lobby (common room) with a strong air freshener smell which could be an irritant to people with asthma or sensitive nose (allergy). Love the antique elevator/lift, though it's not convenient if you're wide or in a hurry. Overall, this place is very good especially for its price.
