Dear Guest,we want to point out some things:The guesthouse has a lower price because there is no reception office, so YOU decided to come to the Sister Hotel reception because you didn't to provide your documents and payment, NOBODY asked you to come there. It was your choice and we helped you with everything you needed giving you directions and advices.2)Also we kept your luggage and the guesthouse do not offer this service since there is no reception, once again.3)If the taxi took another street in order not to bring you in front of the door THIS CANNOT BE OUR FAULT.4)The keys were not into the safe probably because you never answered the telephone the days before your arrival, so the staff did not know if you would have arrived or not.5) We arrived in 10 minutes which are not 40.6) Sometimes in bathrooms you find silicon of the shower that becomes old and this is not mold.7) you asked for a refund because you told the room was dirty but you used the bathroom, had a shower and used the bed sheets (...) ?8) We always answered the telephone, even if there is no 24h reception9) You threatened us in many ways several times to obtain refund (that you partially had) for a room you actually used and that we could not sell anymore during the Ryder cup days.You have to say all the facts because we are people that work seriously.Best regards

Lo Spagna Luxury'n Trevi in effetti non è un B&B, bensì una guest house e ci permettiamo di dire che le nostre camere sono molto più che "decenti" vista l'alta qualità dei materiali impiegati per attrezzarle: tra gli altri, parquet di prima scelta, letto tondo, stucco veneziano sulle pareti, armadi e scrivanie in legno fatto a mano dai migliori falegnami di Roma, bagno ricoperto di marmo e doccia doppia. Non capiamo di quale specchio Lei parli, quello sulla parete è un comune elemento di arredo presente in ogni camera da letto, non certo da Motel. Cordiali saluti, Spagna Luxury'N Trevi - Guesthouse
