Area is very conveniently close to the metro making it easier to explore the city. The room was overall clean with some strands of hair on the bed. The breakfast coupons at Gastromania was perfect with a great selection of pastries and delicious espresso drinks and great vibe. Seems to be a local favourite as well. Kitchen has limited supplies so don't expect much there. Our only main concern was the shower as the warm water wouldn't last for more than a few minutes so we had to take turns showering in the day.

Charming, Clean, and Comfortable
Everything about our stay was perfect. Our room and bathroom were sparkling clean! It was so nice to have our own bathroom in our room. Giacomo was hospitiable and had so many great recommendations for us. He even stayed up very late to let us in (because our flight was delayed). The location is perfect! Only about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Overall this is a GREAT place to stay! We couldn't recommend it more.

Great B&B in central area
This B&B is located in a very central area with easy access to public transport. The host is very helpful and gave us excellent tips. The place is very clean and the room we stayed in was quite big. Excellent cost x benefit.

Está bien ubicado y las instalaciones son cómodas. Muy silencioso tanto respecto de los huéspedes que no son muchos (en la cocina pequeña pero muy bien puesta nos hemos cruzado con muy pocas personas) como del ruido exterior ya que se duerme sin sobresaltos. Estuvimos alojados en una habitación espaciosa con baño propio pero frente a la habitación. Después de un rato esto no es un problema. Además, Giacomo se encarga de resolver cualquier problema que pueda presentarse. No tengo comentarios negativos. me parece buena relación precio-servicios

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Rapport qualité prix extra. Un tout petit peu excentré des attractions touristiques mais métro au pied du bâtiment et finalement qu'à 30min à pied du colisé ! Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. Petit Dej à dispo dans la cuisine au top et chambre très belle et spacieuse.

Tolles B&B mit allem Komfort, super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis in toller Lage. Sehr netter Vermieter der tolle Tips gibt. Vor allem seine Restaurant Empfehlung in unmittelbarer Nähe ist hervorragend. Bei unserem nächsten Rom Besuch buchen wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wonderful place! The owner gave us perfect advises and so we might have had the best Pizza in town - great. The appartement is situated close to a bus stop and directly above a Metro Station, which made it easy to reach all sights. It was just GREAT. We will definetely come back. Absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Randlage - direkt an U-Bahn und Busstation. Extrem freundlicher Gastgeber, der einem tolle Insidertipps gibt (Essen, Ausflüge etc.). Sehr moderne, saubere Zimmer. Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Fun B&B traveling with friends
The location was away from most of the tourist activity & we were not able to get out & roam without a plan. Once we learned the Metro system, we got along fine & there is a Metro station almost outside the building. That being said, the rooms were large & each room had their own separate bathroom. This is a 2nd floor "unit" with 4 bedrooms down a hallway with a kitchen at the end. No "living room" but the kitchen served as a place to congregate (3 couples traveling together). The owner was very helpful. He made sure the kitchen was stocked with breakfast/snacks and we had refrigerator access. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms stocked with appropriate items, the A/C worked well.

ホテルの入り口がわからなかったのですが、電話したら外まで迎えに来てくれました。近隣のレストランや観光地の行き方なども丁寧に教えて頂き満足しております。部屋も一人の利用では十分広いし清潔でした。

Great B&B in a nice location of Rome
We really enjoyed our stay at your bed and breakfast. It was incredibly homely, comfortable and we really appreciated the warm welcome. I think the area in which it was located was fantastic too ! Only a stones throw away from the heart of Rome; without tourist traps and next to real, genuine local restaurants, bars and bistros. A fantastic experience 5* !

The room is comfortable and clean. It is in walking distance to a couple of metro lines and the bus service. There is a laundromat and supermarket in the same street only a block or two away, which is very convenient. The owners are helpful and easy to communicate with. It's a great base from which to explore Rome.

Comfortable, affordable B&B + all of the amenities
This was the first visit to Rome for our family and we were clueless about where to stay. Tata B&B had the space and amenities we wanted and was out of the hub of the tourist areas. We were nervous before we got there because it was so affordable, but I have to say, we all loved the accommodations. Tata B&B is a 4-bedroom apartment where the owner rents out separate rooms (each with a private bathroom) and the kitchen is shared. The bed in my room was very comfortable, but my kids (ages 18 and 22) didn't find theirs quite as comfy. The kitchen was stocked every day with pastries and espresso. The host, Giacomo, was very helpful. He gave us all kinds of advice and information at check in and was responsive each time I had a question. He pointed us to a terrific restaurant in Trastevere, Da Enzo. Have the lasagne -- YUM! The B&B is a bit of a commute into the heart of the city, but the bus and metro stops are very convenient. I actually preferred being a little out of the way. I highly recommend staying here, especially for the price.

Il gestore è accogliente, colazione è basica e non servita, posizione buona nel senso che in 10' con il bus si arriva in zona Colosseo. Unico problema è il bagno, c'è un sistema sanitrit per il wc che puzza.

Relaxed atmosphere, clean, and comfortable
Great, relaxed place to stay in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It was great that the kitchen was always open to us, and we felt very much at home there. Only downside was that the bathroom was not in the room, but there were not many guests, so we were comfortable.

Convenient, Clean & Comfortable
Met downstairs by Matteo, the owner who showed us round the B&B. He was eager that we got the most from our stay and explained transport links, nearby restaurants, etc. He was regularly at the B&B and always available by email. Our room was clean & tidy. Plenty of room for the 3 of us although 2 beds meant no room for an en-suite bathroom. That was only across the hall so it was fine. The bathroom was also very clean. Very powerful and necessary air conditioning and good wifi reception. Tea & coffee available in the shared kitchen and a fridge to keep snacks and drinks. These can be bought from nearby shops or the day market on Via Orvieto. So easy to reach the city centre, especially using the frequent 51 bus that passes many landmarks. When Lodi Mero links to San Giovanni that will be another option. Although graffiti makes the area appear run down it is fine and has several good restaurants. One last thing, if travelling to the airport, unless every Euro counts have Matteo book a taxi. €48, less than 30 minutes, door to door.

Quelques bémols !
Accueil agréable, chambre très propre, petit déjeuner correct (au dernier matin 1 seul verre de jus de fruit restant !!!). Cuisine équipée (gaz, fours, cafetière, machine expresso). Pas de double vitrage, très bruyant côté cour des voisins avec les nuisances de la via Spezia. Nous n'avions pas une chambre côté jardin de l'immeuble. Lorsque l'on prend une douche ou laver les mains ou tirer la chasse d'eau il y a un bruit de pompe surprenant et désagréable. Points positifs : bonne literie, climatisation? Wifi. Bus 51 (le circulaire) à 25 m, métro à 7 mn à pied. Hébergement un peu cher au vu des inconvénients !

很不錯的現代式義大利風格房間
當初訂旅館是說每天有一瓶氣泡水，不過入住時候我在冰箱沒有發現。房間感覺有挑高，浴室跟房間都有窗戶面向花園。六月的羅馬很熱,可是一進房卻變涼爽，房內插頭有提供usb充電很值得讚賞。浴室是乾濕分離。樓下就是51號公車。不差一趟1.5eu車錢的其實一天可以用公車當代步工具。住了四天三夜我還不知道房東是誰。

At home in Rome.
Giacomo and Carolina were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, with lots of tips about places to eat, transport, sight-seeing, etc. Breakfasts were self service but everything in the kitchen was easy to use, with a kettle and fridge; good for making own drinks. Our room was spacious enough, with an efficient and quiet air conditioning unit.

El hotel cumple las expectativas. La habitación y baño muy bien y limpios. Es acogedor, relativamente cerca del centro (puedes ir andando o coger el metro o bus que están en la puerta). El desayuno es completo y al llegar te explican cómo moverte por la ciudad, lugares de interés, restaurantes por la zona...muy serviciales.
