QUESTA CASA NON E’ UN ALBERGO! Con questo voglio dire, gentile Giuliano, che Lei ha prenotato una stanza in un Bed & Breakfast , con caratteristiche che lo differenziano dagli alberghi, nello specifico : UNO : per legge, possiamo somministrare solo prodotti confezionati, non è possibile somministrare prodotti freschi, quindi si al pane in cassetta no al pane fresco DUE : non siamo tenuti ad avere un’insegna luminosa ma semplicemente una targa che è ovviamente presente sul portone TRE : si ha la fortuna di parlare direttamente con il proprietario, se avesse chiesto, Le avrei risposto che era possibile avere il latte fresco QUATTRO : a beneficio dei futuri ospiti, questa è la colazione “carente” che offriamo ai nostri ospiti : colazione con latte, caffè, tè,succo di frutta,cereali, choco rice, cornetti, biscotti, pan carrè, fette biscottate, burro, marmellata, nutella, yogurt, il tutto senza alcuna limitazione di quantità Sono contento che almeno abbia trovato la stanza dignitosa, torni a trovarci, alla luce di quanto esposto sopra, mi auguro possa essere più clemente nei nostri confronti. Dear Albert, we respect 100% your opinion and also if we know that we can’t please everyone, it is always sad when guests do not appreciate the accommodation, this doesn’t give you the right to write untrue or wrong things, we are obliged to reply, here are our considerations: NUMBER ONE : you moved to my second property, 450 meters away, 5 minutes walking NUMBER TWO : the room was small, true, that’s why you paid less than a standard room, on Hotels.com square meters are indicated, no surprises about that NUMBER THREE: the room you booked is called “Economy Double Room” (lower price) to differentiate it from a “Standard Double Room” (higher price) NUMBER FOUR : soon after we receive the reservation, we send to all guests a detailed description of the room to explain why is called “Economy Double Room” NUMBER FIVE : when you book, every single room has his own photo published on Hotels.com, there are no doubts about the dimensions of the “Economy Double Room” NUMBER SIX : toilet & sink are leaking, untrue, we check everyday because we clean everyday and this is not the true NUMBER SEVEN : nowhere to hang up the towel & clothes, untrue, there are 5 hooks on the wall and 4 behind the door + the wardrobe Overall, in order not to be disappointed, it is better to read well what you book and host’s messages, not stopping only at the price, and thinking to book a “Luxury Suite” for the price of a small and economic room in a Bed & Breakfast.
