The Yellow House is perfect for anyone going to (or coming from) Rome's FCO airport. It's such a nice place to unwind after your holidays before heading back home. Quiet, clean and comfortable!

Erica greeted us upon arrival. Property was in a residential neighborhood with a coffee/pastry shop at the end of the street and a very nice, reasonable restaurant around the corner. Close to the airport.

The room is clean, spacious and has all the basic amenities. Very countryside feeling away from the noises. Needs some minor maintenance repairs but overall a great place to stay near the airport.

Service was excellent, she met us at doors, and walked us in . House & amenities are bit tired and outdated . Door lock is very old fashioned & hard to get open . The location really is middle of nowhere.

Great Place to Stay Near Rome (Fiumicino) Airport
Helpful staff, clean, comfortable and convenient to Rome airport (FCO). Although it is near the airport and there is occasional noise from aircraft taking off, there was no noise overnight. Staff recommended very nice restaurant for dinner within an easy walk from the Yellow House. Staff arranged pick-up by car to get to the airport on check-out.

Very clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. Hostess was lovely and accomodating when I had arrival time delayed and provided a nice continental breakfast for an early departure. I would recommend The Yellow House for a stay near the airport in a nice quiet area.

The room was clean and close to restaurants. Only spent a night there, and would stay there again. Close to airport. Upon arrival our host Enrica was there waiting for us and was very friendly and helpfull.

We loved everything about this property. The price was so good, I kinda questioned it in my own mind until I read the positive reviews. Enrica was in contact with me all along the rental way, asking what we might need and making sure there was always a clear line of communication. The property is clean and well maintained. We had room 5 and I highly recommend it. The bed is super comfortable, all the rooms have separate mini split AC/Heat units. An in room mini fridge is also provided. We felt safe and secure during our two night stay. We would certainly stay there again and again. I recommended using FreeNow Taxi App or Uber unless you have your own vehicle. The Yellow House was a hit with us.

Excellent value for the money. The Yellow House isn't a luxury hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be. The proprietor was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if you want an affordable and pleasant place to stay near the airport in Rome.

Great customer service, one night stay. Room was large and bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well and the area was so quiet. Our host organised our shuttle to and from the airport.

Lovely place. Surrounded by colorful roses and blooming jasmine. Ripe Lemons on the trees complete the picturesque scene. 30-45 minute walk to the town of Fuimicino. Fishing peer and boutique shops along the harbor coast. Enrica was very helpful with finding reliable/honest transportation from the airport and into the city of Rome. The Yellow House was our first impression of Italy and Europe. This experience was very pleasant one.

It was decorated very lovely. Our host was friendly and over and above in customers service. We enjoyed our time at the Yellow House. Breakfast was packed for us due to an early flight, which was a delightful surprise. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place near the airport.

Excellent Accommodations
Just spent one night due to an early morning flight. The host Enrica was very friendly and responsive she arranged a taxi service to the B&B and to the airport the driver were prompt and very courteous. She also recommends a great restaurant (Ostè - Osteria & Caffetteria) the food and service were great but it was a bit of a walk. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good internet connectivity.

We had originally booked for 10 nights but had to change to 4. It was very easy to cancel and rebook. Enrica was very accommodating and friendly. She answered all our questions, even offered to arrange the transportation from the airport. We also liked that the property is only about 15 minutes away from the airport. It is in a quite peaceful neighborhood ,has onsite parking. Overall we had a wonderful stay and planning to stay one more night on the way back. I would highly recommend to anyone as it close to airport and such a great value. Danielle

Enrica was friendly & the property was very clean & comfortable. As its close to the airport it can be noisy it is onlt 5mins in a taxi however some of the drivers i had overcharged by quite a bit. A reasonable price IMO would be €15-£20 should be the maximum anyone should need to pay to and from the airport. Be careful with the white airport taxi as they are a whole lot more expensive. Agree a price b4 getting in the cab.

we enjoyed our brief stay there. we had a rental car to get about and to the airport the next day. It really is in a residential area so if you check in mid afternoon you would need to taxi or uber for food.

Very clean and comfortable room at a very affordable price. Very helpful and responsive staff, however, it is in a residential area with very limited dining/shopping opportunities. The good thing about the location is the proximity to the FCO airport.
