Is good enough
The location is good, very close to the termini and other public transport spots. The room was clean at average, the bed was a bit hard, but if you are young and easy going is okay. The lady staff were a lot better but the male staff were real rigid. So to say the staff is not very charming, show no interest to costumers. The neighbourhood has an interesting market almost everyday, but the bars on the nearby street made me worry a bit about coming back late. The staff assured me it was safe and finally it was, but I felt uneasy, had to avoid that route. I would surely recommend this hotel though. I was happy.

Wij hebben vier nachten door gebracht in het hotel. De kamers zijn prima, maar wel basic. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Het ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het station. In de buurt zijn leuke restaurantjes e.d. De kamers zijn wel vrij gehorig. Het is aan te bevelen om oordoppen mee te nemen!

Had a room next to a group of school children. Did not sleep well because of noise throughout the night (even at 4AM). Rooms are not sound proof at all.

Degelijk hotel
Vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam, 24uurs receptie. Ligging op loopafstand van termini en republica wat ideaal is. Het hotel is ouderwets maar degelijk en schoon. Het enige echte nadeel was de gehorigheid. We werden elke ochtend om 7u sochtends gewekt door personeel dat aan het praten was of andere gasten. Oordopjes zijn aan te raden. Ontbijt in de pub tegenover is mogelijk (geen korting, zoals gezegd werd in het hotel)

prettig centraal gelegen basishotel
Het hotel ligt op redelijke loopafstand van treinstation Termini, hierdoor zijn veel bezienswaardigheden goed aan te lopen.Anderzijds ligt de bus en metro letterlijk om de hoek. De kamer was vrij basic, had een goed bed, ramen met dubbel glas, goede douche en toilet. Wifi is beschikbaar. De stopkontakten waren helaas niet alle bruikbaar. Op de dag van vertrek konden we onze bagage achterlaten zodat we nog even de stad in konden. Het Italiaanse ontbijt was geregeld in een gelegenheid aan de overkant van de stad

The desk staff are very helpful at explaining how to get to different sites in the city, the hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the main transit station, they allow you to store your luggage for free and the desk is open 24/7.

The room we stayed in was nothing like the picture they advertised. As a matter of fact, I immediately brought this to the front desk attention and they informed me that they don't even have that room, which was advertised on their listing. This place seems to be a first come first serve basis and the cost of the room they initially put us in and had us spend a night in since they were booked out of their other rooms, was not even close to being worth the price we paid. We paid about $200 a night and the room was worth $50. Then they moved us to their nicest room and it still wasn't what we were expecting, but it was a kind gesture and perhaps close to $150 per night, though we paid $200 still. The front desk was helpful, but if you are expecting a certain room, they informed that we had to call in advance, which to me, that is not necessary IF you booked a specific room. They did allow us to store our luggage after the last day, before we moved on in our travels, which was kind of them at no cost. Personally I would appreciate a partial refund for the first night, but they denied it. So book at your own discretion and expectation. They are kind and the cleaner did a great job. Also be mindful also that the shower in the nicest room on the 1st floor leaks and water will seep out into the bedroom. This also was brought to their attention as well. If you see a mostly white room, don't believe it, because it does not exist. Also the rooms are much smaller than they appear.

Pros: 24 hr check in/staff Bed gets made every day(same sheets) Close to Roma Termini (train station) Cons: Extremely thin walls you can hear all your neighbors come and go. Their arguments, laughter, their drunkness, babys crying , their alarms, the toilet flushing, the bathroom fans. EVERYTHING! You only get a towel per person & it gets changed every 3rd day or so. Toiletries are minimal as well so I would bring my own or purchase some there. I also had my iPods stolen as well as some snacks. They do have a safe you can request a key to but I thought I where I had placed my pods was safe but they took the time to go through my things to find them:( just disappointed.

Unfortunately our stay at Virginia was a bit tampered by due to the lack of no working air conditioning, no hot water and bugs in the bathroom. We were unable to sleep in the heat and requested a fan from the front desk which helped but we were disappointed as the hotel advertised functioning AC. The hotel was a decent price and good location to the train station but unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the cleanliness and comfort of the bed.

Rolled out a spare blanket from the wardrobe ono the bed; in it was sand and sand went everywhere. Staff did clean once I asked. Apart from the sandy blanket, the room was satisfactory - but not nearly as good as the pictures from the booking page.

The hotel room was right for the money price, the restroom quite small and with a humidity smell. The neighborhood was very dirty a lot of garbage at the streets but of course is not the hotel responsibility.

cambiano gli asciugamani ogni due giorni c'è sempre gente che fa rumore a tutte le ore in 4 giorni mai pulito il bagno! Bagno di un metro x 60 centimetri. Camera che non ha niente a che vedere con la foto che ho visto prima di pagare. Una grossa TV che non funziona. Gli operatori che si mettono a litigare alle 7 del mattino a urla . Sinceramente per quello che ho pagato trovo molto di meglio. Sembrano degli affittacamere.

Ok location and friendly staff. That's the only positive thing I have to say about the hotel. Bathroom is super small, they turn off the aircondition during daytime so it's get super hot, the floor and bed is not very clean and the shower is dirty. They should renovate the bathrooms and aircondition system and get some clean sheets to make this worth a stay.
