'It was located on the main street of Tynemouth. We could see the sea at the end of the road. We were not disturbed by noise. There were lots of well rated cafes and restaurants.
The owner was very friendly, available and helpful without at any point being intrusive. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and to provide what we needed.
We were very pleased and would return if in the area.'

'It was a lovely place to stay, quite alot of stairs if you struggle with stairs be sure to request a low floor room, I didn't do this but It was my own fault however we were only in and out once but I will deffo stay again it was a lovely place'

Bathroom was also a good size with a powerful shower and extremely clean. It's a touch on the old side and is currently being renovated but honestly for the price it exceeded all expectations. The breakfast is genuinely superb as a particular highlight. '
