'256 euros la nuit. Hilton Rome aéroport ! Une déception totale. Réservation faite, je demande la possibilité d’avoir la chambre plus tôt, sans aucune réponse. Je réitère via mail et toujours rien. Pour moi, c’est acquis. Arrivée le jour j, à 9h30, on m’annonce un peu agressivement et sans excuses, que non, pas de chambre avant 14h. Ça commence bien. Soit, tant pis nous passons l’après midi à Rome. De retour vers 19h, nous recevons la clé. Pfff chambre vieillotte, sans aucun attrait, et hygiène...

'I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area.
