'256 euros la nuit. Hilton Rome aéroport ! Une déception totale. Réservation faite, je demande la possibilité d’avoir la chambre plus tôt, sans aucune réponse. Je réitère via mail et toujours rien. Pour moi, c’est acquis. Arrivée le jour j, à 9h30, on m’annonce un peu agressivement et sans excuses, que non, pas de chambre avant 14h. Ça commence bien. Soit, tant pis nous passons l’après midi à Rome. De retour vers 19h, nous recevons la clé. Pfff chambre vieillotte, sans aucun attrait, et hygiène...

'May stay overall was great! Clean, quiet and well located place. Lots of complimentary snacks. The only complaint I have was that I had breakfast before 7am and the cereal was not relished yet. This is a great place to stay prior to catching an early flight home as it is 5 minutes to train and the train ride to the airport is only 5 minutes. In addition, it is a great place to pick up late minute souvenirs at The Wow Side mall. '

'I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. "We boekten dit hotel voor 6 nachten. We kregen een kamer zicht op zwembad maar daar was tot heel laat veel lawaai. Vroegen volgende morgen om kamer parkingzicht en dat was geen enkel probleem. De kamer was ruim genoeg, 2 bedden zoals gevraagd, frigo die dagelijks aangevuld werd met gratis water. Badkamer met regendouche en dagelijks proper handdoeken. Wat we ook altijd een pluspunt vinden is dat er een raam open kan. Grote parking , deels betalend. We namen het ontbijtbuffet van 6 tot 10.30u en dat was uitstekend. We hadden een aangenaam verblijf."
