'Large room, nice bathroom but incredibly noisy. Some soundproofing could be helpful.'

'My first time in Dallas, and this was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with Austin was clear and timely. My questions were answered, instructions on how to access the unit were straightforward, and I was always met with kindness. The size of the home, the included amenities, and the location were great. 'This place is awful. The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this.'

'Was a little sketch at first but the room was okay and the area was right where I needed to be.'

'I checked in at 11PM. Got room 102 which is not cleaned properly again staff changed to 303 and it also ended disgusting in Bathroom.'

'Kamer was ruim/schoon en uitzicht super. Inventaris was niet compleet. Volgens Expedia app heeft de Studio Suite een wasmachine en droger maar bij navraag blijkt dit dus niet te zijn. Ook moesten wij vragen om een waterkoker. En als je tv wilt kijken moet je rekenen houden dat er vaak een storing is. Heel irritant. Bed was lekker groot en lag goed. '

'Schoon, supervriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam.'

'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '
