Romorantin-Lanthenay is ideally located for discovering the Sologne region and its gardens, as well as the châteaux of the Loire Valley, such as Cheverny and Chambord, which are around 35 minutes away by car. The Beauval zoo is about 40 minutes away.
In Romorantin, be sure to visit the Matra Museum and the Sologne Museum, which are well worth the detour.
