Dear Daiva,Thank you very much for your comment.We sent you all the information about our work schedule when you confirmed the reservation and your response was "Ok, thanks for the info", but you arrived in the middle of the journey when any staff is at the reception (14h - 16h), because it is the break between shifts. We explained all this situation to you but it was not enough, so we went at the reception out of our work schedule to attent to your arrival triying to give you our best posibilities. We do not have 24h of reception and all this information is shared with our guests in the personal messages and in the booking platforms. Thank you for taking the time in writing your assessment about your experience in our apartments. We are so sorry that you weren't satisfied with the apartment that you were assigned to. All the two people apartments have similar characteristics and share the same price, so we don't understand well what you mean when talking about a "studio". We do really appologise for the strong smell, but those things are out of our control, though is not the usual. We hope you can come back to Ronda some other time and enjoy your visit entirely.

We checked the kitchen stove and everything is working properly. Our kitchens are located inside of a furniture to make practical the arrangement of the space in the apartment so this is why it is not very very big but with all the utensils for cooking. We have reception service during the day until 20.00h and by phone 24h we gave you all this information when you arrive at the reception, furthermore we answer by whatssapp during the reception check-in schedule, we are so sorry if there was any confussión about our timetable.
