In het hart van de Amish-gemeenschap van Lancaster County, is dit moderne huis met 4 slaapkamers landelijk, maar toch gemakkelijk bereikbaar via een schilderachtige toegang tot de steden Intercourse, Paradise, Bird-in Hand, Strasburg en de stad Lancaster. Bezoek de nabijgelegen historische stad Strasburg met zijn antiek, stoomspoorweg, staatsspoorwegmuseum en het Sight and Sound Theatre, of maak een korte rit door de landbouwgrond van Amish naar Intercourse (filmlocatie voor de Harrison Ford-film "Witness" en Kitchen Kettle Village. U kunt een bezoek brengen aan het pretpark Dutch Wonderland, een van de vele lokale restaurants, of winkelen bij de winkels, allemaal op korte rijafstand. Een zitkamer op de eerste verdieping kan gemakkelijk worden gebruikt als een 5e slaapkamer. Beddengoed wordt verstrekt. Het heeft 2 volledige baden en een extra damestoilet. Handdoeken, zeep en haardroger voorzien. Het heeft een grote, open keuken met moderne apparatuur, waaronder een vaatwasser. De keuken is goed gevuld met alle benodigdheden, inclusief borden, glazen, bestek, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, potten en pannen, zeep, enz. Er is een comfortabel diner voor 12 personen en een kinderstoel in restaurantstijl. De wasserette heeft grote, front-loading wasmachine en droger met wasmiddelen, strijkijzer en strijkplank voorzien. Een pack-n-play, douchestoel en toiletverhoger zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar.
De grote woonkamer met open plattegrond is ideaal om te bezoeken, films te kijken of familiespelletjes te spelen. Er is een grote selectie boeken beschikbaar, evenals 2 flatscreen-streaming televisies, dvd-spelers en hi-speed wifi.
Peach Lane vakantiehuis is gelegen op een groot 1. 4 hectare veel met veel parkeergelegenheid, en ruimte voor wiffle ball, grillen op de Weber of ontspannen op de grote veranda. Geniet van het panoramische, 30 mijl uitzicht op Lancaster County, met enkele van de beste zonsondergangen op aarde!

My family had an excellent experience here. Wayne was extremely welcoming and provided a lot of information about the local area. The landscape and home were clean and beautiful, everything in the house worked and there was plenty of equipment in the kitchen to cook with. My kids and nephews/nieces enjoyed playing with the provided yard games and board games (there were even toys for the little ones). It was an excellent experience and we'd stay here again.

It’s a beautiful home and very well kept. The view from the front of the house is beautiful. It was a pleasure working with the owners and the managers. There are lots of board games and toys for kids and some for adults, which is a nice touch. There is an extensive library of books to read and wish we had more time on our visit to read some of them. Strasburg is only a five minute drive which was very convenient to visit the restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed having the Amish school and Amish families in close proximity. Overall, just a lovely stay and we would recommend to families and couples alike. Cannot recommend this property enough.

There are so many options for shopping and exploring in this area. It will take more than one visit to experience all that we wanted to see. The house was immaculate, the cleanest in which we’ve ever stayed. We had one need that, when we reached out, was addressed within an hour. The area was quiet, surrounding neighbors were welcoming and we could walk across the street for farm fresh eggs. The porch and patio were just perfect for our morning coffee and conversations around the evening fire. You will love staying here!

The house sits up on a hill, a beautiful setting, peaceful lovely neighborhood that overlooks farm areas and has a wonderful view. The gardens and porch around the home are lovely and very inviting. Inside the home is kept very well with a large kitchen and plenty of amenities. A lovely fireplace in the living room comfy seating area. Lovely dining room with lots of comfy beds. Outside also has a fire area that works very well and lovely to sit around and enjoy time with family or friends. The area has so many great things to do it would take a very long time to do them all. You definitely won’t be bored. Also the host is excellent, Answers questions quickly and is super helpful. You won’t regret staying here one bit. I highly recommend it.

Best house ever ever ever!

We just spent our 7th year in this house! We can’t imagine a better place to be. We created the most unbelievable memories from there. The house itself, the yard, the view the neighbors and the street. We are profoundly grateful to the Homsher’s for giving us the opportunity of a lifetime to have a place to bring our family together. As I married off my children, each in law child said- I have to see what this Lancaster thing is about, that is all I hear about! My kids literally speak about it all year and they call it our Summer house. The neighbors are the best! I have spoken more to them, then I have to my neighbors where I live for 24 years! This house is literally in the middle of Amish farms. Just walk up the street, which we did daily, and every walk is a different experience. You will see horse and buggies going up and down the street very often. Everyone around there is just so nice. I will always take them with me. There is not a more beautiful view to be had and the sunsets are breathtaking.There is nothing more to say, then that this is the greatest place to be, with the best hosts possible!

This lovely home was a picturesque view (there’s a literal wildflower photo op business across the street) was a great place for our family to gather. We loved how well-stocked the kitchen was, since we prepared our own meals.Kids loved the balcony above the great room and the backyard, finding a wiffle ball set in the garage.They really try to make it easy, providing all the soaps, Kleenex, towels, etc. Very appreciative.

Such a wonderful experience for our family vacation of 11. I have visited Lancaster many times over the years and this was my absolute favorite time. Such beautiful views from the home, loved the flower farm across the street, and lots of sightings of Amish buggies and families out and about working from the porch.
