'Loved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste '

'Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again.'
'Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature.

'Hotel zelf was best redelijk, typisch Engels, niet helemaal meer bij de tijd maar beslist niet slecht. Bed was wel een minpunt, hard. Kamer was ruim. Ontbijt prima (tegen 9 GBP bijbetaling). En zeer fijn: goede gratis parking achter slagboom. Gelegen tegenover een kerk met gras.
Mijn grootste twijfel was de plaats Grimsby zelf waar dit hotel midden in staat. Wat is dat een enge plaats, vooral als de winkels dicht zijn. Opvallend veel obscure, luide types op straat, en geen politie te bekennen...

Shower cubicle is only small & my other half is a big guy so he struggled a bit & the towels weren’t very big so I’d take my own bath sheets when we come again. Very clean only a double bed so again was a squeeze but comfortable & clean. The heating was on in the hall way so that was a shock as it was very humid & its the warmest spring ever'

"Ik heb een fijn verblijf gehad in het Carmichael hotel. De receptie was vriendelijk en check in zeer vlot. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed was heel comfortabel, met een goed matras en heel fijne kussens. Overal lijkt aan gedacht in de kamer. Er is ook airconditioning aanwezig, die tevens als verwarming dient. De kamer en het hele hotel was erg schoon al het personeel hartelijk. Ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag een keer terug."
