'So got to the hotel and couldn't check in for over 3 hours I received multiple emails and none of them had the actual instructions of check-in after trying to reach the property and no success I reached out to Expedia customer service and they also couldn't get a hold of the property manager and once again after over an hour of being on the phone with Expedia customer service agent they were finally able to get in contact with property manager and they sent check in instructions so we get into...

'Absolute great stay. We still regret that we booked only 1 night. If you’re looking for a place to stay on Vieques, don’t hesitate to book this. The host Kelly is really nice and takes the time to explain everything about the hotel and the island. Thanks again for everything and hopefully we’ll stay again in the future. '

'Our room was spotless and the AC kept things perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. The morning snack bar was a lovely touch, and the staff were incredibly helpful the whole time. Only small suggestion: maybe keep some heavy-duty bug spray on hand — we had an unexpected (and admittedly not the host’s fault!) spider encounter in the shower. Otherwise, a great stay and we’d happily come back!'

'The check-in process took very long waited over four hours, they had no rooms available when arrived. Everything else was great!'

'The only issue was the internet. It’s an open internet and didn’t work at all. I wasn’t able to even check my email. And the amount of bees 🐝 in the pool attacking everyone was out of control. There has to be a bee hive in the mango tree or under the pool wood board. Very cute hotel and staff were very nice.'

'I really loved the room and the way it brought the outdoors inside with its beautiful layout. The only suggestion I would make is adding air conditioning. When the doors are closed to keep insects out, the room can become a bit warm and uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!'

'My family stayed here for our one night stay while visiting Vieques. The communication via the app was excellent...we got messages before, during and after our stay. The rooms were small but extremely clean! The air conditioner worked very well which was nice after being in the sun during the day. The showers and bathrooms were fairly clean and well stocked. All rooms were filled but we never had to wait to use the bathrooms or showers. We were also very grateful for use of the luggage...
