This is a two Bedroom apartment with two Bathrooms, it is on a first floor with views over the garden area and its several Swimming Pools. The apartment has a fully equipped Kitchen, with a washroom Room. One of the Bedrooms has a double bed with an on-suite Bathroom and direct access to the Terrace. The Terrace is spacious and faces South-East with Sun in the morning upto mid-day. The apartment has WIFI with British Tv. Airconditioning in the Living Room and Bedrooms.

We are the Property Management company of this apartment with an office only around 400 metres away, it is called "c.m.s" and we are here to hand over the keys to you, provide any service you need like transport, cleaning, laundry and any general maintanance. We have a 24hr Emergency number, that is.

This complex "Vereda Golf", with adress " Paseo del Golf 1" Phase 1. It is a fairly new build right next to the Golf Course and Golf Club of Playa Serena. Only 350 metres from the Beach and around the corner from the main street called "Avenida Playa Serena" with all amenities. The complex has Swimming Pools, open during the summer months "ask for dates", a Gym, Sauna and a Bar also open only in the summer. The apartment has an underground parking space just under the apartment.

It is always handy to have a car but not necessary, just outside the complex there is a bus stop with various routes and there is the Taxi option also available that we can arrange.
If you like cycling or walking, there is a cycle track all the way along the promenade that goes on for over 10 miles. Then there is the Natural Park of Punta Entinas perfect for Walking, Cycling, Horse Riding and Bird Watching.
