  • Eerste verdieping appartement gelegen in het centrum van Roquetas de Mar op slechts een paar meter van het strand, op een complex met gemeenschappelijk zwembad en groene zones. Dicht bij alle voorzieningen winkels en supermarkten, banken, apotheek en artsen, bars en restaurants. Volledig ingerichte keuken (oven, kookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak, magnetron, wasmachine, enz.), Satelliet-tv alleen in het Engels, dvd- en cd-speler. Gratis wifi. Airconditioning (warm & koud) een plafondventilator. We kunnen transfers van en naar de luchthaven regelen.


    Dit ruime appartement (82. 7SQ. M) heeft 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, salon, eetkamer, volledig ingerichte keuken, groot terras (40sq. M) met ligstoelen, parasols, Radio / CD-speler, satelitte TV. The Terrace krijgt de zon het hele jaar door.

    Dit volledig ingerichte appartement ligt op slechts 50 meter van het strand. De haven is in de buurt voor de lokale schaal-en schelpdieren / vis restaurants.

    Dichtbij winkels en supermarkten, bank, bars en restaurants, tevens is er een waterpark, aquarium en de golfbaan in het resort. Er zijn fietsers te huur, alsook 3/4 en 5 zits familie fietsers of u kunt een rondleiding van Roquetas te nemen op een land trein.

    Roquetas is nog steeds een zeer Spaanse stad, het heeft een zeer goede en grote strand perfect om te zwemmen en watersporten.

    Hoe er te komen Ryanair en Jet2 vliegen vanuit Stansted, Easyjet vanuit Gatwick, Thomas Cook vanuit Manchester & Birmingham.
    Naar het appartement kun je vliegen in Almeria, Malaga en Murcia te krijgen.

Steven, the host was very easy to deal with and the check in process was simple.Ideally located, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.The pool has quite strict opening times 11.00am to 3.00pm and 5.00pm to 9.00pm. There are 2 pools, one of which is open all summer, and the other just for 1 month, usually July. They are both good with nice gardens and lots of shade. We adopted the Spanish lifestyle of siesta and then stayed out quite late. The resort is very Spanish and full of families. We really enjoyed it.One thing to perhaps bear in mind is, there are no lifts, but the apartment is on the first floor with 17 steps, which was OK for us.

We were very comfortable and happy staying in Steven's apartment, great location, good WiFi, well equipped, large sunny terrace was amazing, very helpful host, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lovely holiday apartment

I really liked the 2 bedroom apartment, especially that each bedroom had a bathroom. I also loved the huge outside space!!The location was also very nice, close to the beach and the town centre.

Great stay lovely property.

Property was well stocked and clean, close to the beach on the tourist end of Roqueta. Comfortable beds and couches and TV and internet for the colder nights (visited Feb). Stephen communicated well and information provided was useful. Overall great stay.

Emplacement top proche de la mer et des commerces. Les 2 piscines très agréable pour se rafraîchir le seul point négatif la propreté qui est moyen. Hôte agréable,a l'écoute et répond rapidement a nos questions

Perfect

Stayed for a week in july with my two daughters and had a perfect holiday. Communication was excellent, got the keys and information in plenty of time. Decided not to hire a car and chris was waiting for us and took us straight to apartment. Spotlessly clean and a really lovely place with everything you need for your holiday. Location is absolutely perfect with two great swimming pools. Very safe and friendy people around. Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the stunning beach just a few hundred yards away. We cannot wait to stay again

Vacances à Roquetas

L appartement est tres fontionnel, sis à 5mn de la plage.. très grande terrasse à disposition. Bien équipé. Beaucoup d explication pour venir de l aéroport et sur le fonctionnement de l appartement Un petit bémol, pour l arrivée un équipement minimal pour la vaisselle, produit, éponges , 1 ou 2 doses de lessive. El apartamento es muy amplio con dos baños y una gran terraza, situado en una urbanización con piscina y jardines ( algo descuidados ). El acceso a la playa es rápido curzando la calle y andando unos metros. Las camas son cómodas y hay aire acondicionado. La cocina es bastante vieja pero funcional , para mi gusto deberían de cambiar el microondas porque esta en mal estado por dentro. Los utensilios de cocina estaban bastante sucios y tuvimos que lavarlos todos al igual que el fregadero. Hay sal y azúcar. La sarten igualmente estaba en mal estado pero lleve una propia de casa. La cafetera es eléctrica con filtros .Se trata de una primera planta sin ascensor. La llegada fue buena y la comunicación también, el hombre que nos atendió a la entrada fue muy amable y nos ayudo con las maletas.Como puntos a mejorar destaco la limpieza que es muy mejorable. La televisión no funcionaba bien en español pero vino un técnico y la arregló lo cual agradecemos mucho. Tampoco nos funcionó la llave magnética de la piscina , lo intentaron solucionar pero no hubo manera. Dw todas formas fueron muy amables y se disculparon por todos los inconvenientes. Si recomiendo este alojamiento vacacional en general y me pareció buena relación calidad precio.

Perfect location

Myself, my husband, teenage son, and his friend stayed for 2 weeks in the apartment. Having been to Roquestas many times before, we know the area well and the apartment was perfectly situated and appointed (the tv and 2nd bathroom a must with two 14 year olds in tow!) The large terrace is a real sun trap and was nice to sit on with a cold beer once the sun had gone in the evening. I have to make a special mention of the kingsize bed. The mattress was really comfortable which is unusual in a rental property! The apartment is very close to the beach, tapas bars, and restaurants. It's also a short distance from the bus stop, which was great as we didn't hire a car this year. The larger pool was shut while we were there, but the smaller pool is still a good size and was open from 11am - 9pm. Don't be confused by the sign that suggests it's not open between 3pm and 5pm, it's an old sign and there is an amended, printed sign next to it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Al Baida and will hopefully return in the future. Thanks to Steve and Chris

Goed appartement, iets gedateerd, maar bijna van alle gemakken voorzien

Ruim appartement. Zeer groot terras. Fijn voor een gezin of twee stellen. Geen vaatwasser en geen föhn. Verder alles aanwezig. Contact met Steve, de eigenaar, is per mail gegaan. Reacties altijd snel. Rit taxi naar het appartement vanaf vliegveld ongeveer 40 minuten en kost 50 Euro. Roquetas de Mar ligt tussen de zee en de plastic kassen. De kassen zorgen voor een surrealistisch beeld wanneer je aan komt rijden. In het stadje merk je daar niets meer van. Roquetas de Mar is een plaats waar je kan wandelen over de schone boulevard en iets kan eten/drinken bij een restaurant of café in de straat achter de boulevard. Verder niet erg veel te beleven. Een week was dan ook meer dan voldoende. Mocht je alleen voor zon en zee gaan dan is het een prima stadje; niet duur en genoeg restaurants. Markt op donderdag is een typisch Spaanse markt met veel goedkope kleding en schoenen. Bezoek Almeria (taxi ong. 40 Euro, maar er rijdt ook een bus naartoe) is de moeite waard. Omgeving(natuur) moet mooi zijn, maar dan is een auto nodig.

A NICE LARGE APARTEMENT

A NICE LARGE APARTMENT A very large apartment with a large terrace where you can sunbathe and eat. For our four Chihuahuas it was also nice, plenty of room on the terrace. The apartment was clean. The back opens onto the square and the front on the street where the bars and shops. You can see the tourist train and the horses Britzkas. Yet it is quiet for sleeping. Two spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything there was enough there. Is close to the sea, shops and restaurants where you can eat well. It's very quiet at the beach like Playa Serena is a beautiful beach. There is also a very big schopingcenter. There is a bus for the apartment. We love Roquetas de Mar. Thanks Steve.

Lovely stay in Roquetas De Mar

We had a lovely stay at Steves apartment. It was large & spacious with a really big terrace.Close to all the shops,beach and some lovely restaurants. It was the Spanish holidays whilst we were there which made a great atmosphere in the evening The only downside to the complex was the pool opening times.This however did not spoil our stay .

Todo fue fenomenal tal y como se ve en anuncio. Comunicación vía e-mail con propietario que es muy amable y atento. Lo único que fallo fue la limpieza q fue escasa quizás al no haber nadie supervisando antes de las entradas y salidas de la vivienda

MARAVILLOSO

Me hospedé con mi familia en el apartamento de Steve y fue genial. Está súper cerca de la playa, supermercados, cajeros y restaurantes muy cerca también. El apartamento es mucho mejor que en ls fotos. Tiene una terraza enorme y estupenda. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

El apartamento está bien situado porque la playa está muy cerca y muy bien situado. Pero la zona es muy antigua y está poco cuidada en general. El apartamento es grande pero muy mal equipado y necesitaría una reforma... Una terraza enorme pero no tiene una sombra ni un toldo y está muy descuidada... En cuanto a las zonas comunes, poco cuidadas, con muchos gatos y mal olor... Hay 2 piscinas, pero la grande cerrada y vacía.. Entiendo que el propietario es extranjero y no puede tener muy al día el apartamento pero cuando te dedicas a alquilar debes cuidar tu casa porque para eso la alquilas.

El apartamento muy bien, muy amplio gran terraza y cerca de la playa.

La estancia a sido muy buena, como he puesto el apartamento esta muy bien. El problema viene cuando hay que dejar las llaves porque yo vivo en españa y el dueño en inglaterra y claro te pide que le envies las llaves a su pais sin abonarte los costes, lo mas normal es que haya alguien en la propiedad que las recoja cuando te vas pero no es asi. Por eso no le doy una valoracion totalmente buena por ese percance y por decir que nos iba a devolver algo por estar la piscina cerrada y al final no nos ha devuelto nada.
