'The stay at Aden house was fantastic! The owner Martin was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about the area and sights to see as well as places to eat. The en-suite appears to be a converted closet and while not the roomiest of commodes, grants excellent privacy and sufficient facilities. The area is lovely and the breakfast we were served included the Best full Scottish breakfast we had in the two weeks we've visited Scotland. Amazingly friendly and personable hosts! Highly recommend!'

Staff were very helpful. The main road outside was closed due to a burst water pipe. To get to the track would have taken over an hour, instead of 10 minutes if the diversion signs were followed.
They showed me how to get there with a minor de-tour and provided a map!
Everything was spotlessly clean.

'Third time I have stayed here, and there is no other hotel I would use when staying in the area. You get a lovely welcome, rooms are very modern, and clean, food is absolutely first class, I have never had a bad meal here, and the breakfast really sets you up for the day.

'Excellent location just a short walk to first tee at Cruden Bay Golf Club. Very friendly owner and staff. Room was neat and tidy albeit a bit dated. I was in room 3 and had sweeping views out over the golf course. Bar and sports bar both had a good vibe and were well stocked. Great place for a stay in this area that has many excellent golf courses a bit of the beaten track.'

"Alle negatieve reviews stellen zich een beetje aan, is het hotel nieuw, nee. Is het hotel een 5 sterren ervaring, ook niet. Maar daar is de prijs ook naar, op een locatie vlak bij het trein station en het centrum! Het enigste nadeel was dat de kamer (en eigenlijk het hele gebouw) heel warm was.
