'This is our second time here, we love the location and the cabin. The accommodations are as advertised and it is a very comfortable rental to stay. We spent 5 days over July 4 and will return again. The host of the property is fantastic. '

'Overall great stay. Everyone had plenty of space with the kids mostly enjoying the downstairs area. The large dining area was a wonderful way to spend evening meals together with all 14 of us. The views are awesome. Lots of parking, home was clean and A/C worked well. Kitchen got cramped if there were "too many" cooks in it ! The only drawback was access to the water but I believe that is being addressed soon. We had a great time!'

'It was the perfect place to spend a weekend getaway or longer. It was a short walk to the river. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed! '

'We enjoyed the stay location and size of the cabin it was accommodating for our party of 16. Easy check in process with a manual for rules and suggest places to eat. A quick walk to the lake the property does share a road with two adjoining properties. We look forward to visiting again!'

'Brand new property, very nice and roomy for small family. There were 4 adults and 2 small kids in our party. We caught few fish but not as many as we hoped for. Very relaxing. Short drive into Heber Springs for restaurants. '

'The venue was perfect for our family gathering. The lake access couldn’t have been better!'

'Though we had rain through most of our trip, it was made better by this amazing house! A few separate families joined us, and the layout was ideal for our purposes. We could shoo the dear children to the downstairs living airea where they could play and be noisy and access the outdoors just fine! There was one small step to access the main floor, kitchen, utility room, dining area, living room, and large deck - this was what we needed for the older members of our party. The parking was ideal...
