'Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!'

'It was good overall. Excellent location and comfortable condo. I just wish there was another shower on the second level. The shower downstairs was small and too wet for a larger group to take several showers in a row. Overall we had great time. Beautiful beach and nice clean pool. Loves the couch with massage chairs. 'Geweldige locatie aan het strand. We hadden direct zicht op zee. De kamer was ruim maar krakkemikkig en rook bedompt. Het aanzien van de lift en de galerij zagen er niet goed onderhouden uit. Dit gaf ons, ondanks de prachtige plek een wat unheimisch gevoel.'

'Hear me out…this place is AMAZING. I wanted a room right on the beach as I was looking I decided to splurged the extra money and rented the penthouse…giggles Just me and the whole suite to myself. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The view, the tub, the giant bed. For the first time ever I truly felt like a princess. I couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you so much for the amazing time. Already rented the penthouse for my birthday!!! See yall soon! I miss y’all bunches……ten out of ten recommend'

'Breakfast was the usual hotel processed “food”. The staff were friendly; no problem there. The property is in need of TLC. Our bathtub looked like someone hacked it to death and the staff patched it up. It was only shower worthy at best. The bathroom did have a lovely LED mirror and that’s where it ended. I wasn’t overly impressed especially for the price. But I will say the bed was comfortable and the night staff were very accommodating in getting extra blankets. I’m still disheartened for what...

'Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!'

'The room was cleaned but the bed still had sand all in it, sooooo so much noise next door due to them doing maintenance I guess my stay was okay. The staff was nice'

'This Hotel Lodge is the best value for the 30A experience, many other hotels or rentals would cost 2 or 3 times the Lodge. Location is great the restaurants adjacent to the Hotel are conveniently located will stay here again my next visit to 30A Beaches in Fort Walton County.'

'My husband and I visited for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! The resort is directly on the beach and offers an abundance of amenities! We enjoyed playing pool in the tiki bar and lounging by the pool. If you have little ones there’s plenty to keep them busy! I particularly enjoyed the on site ice cream shop, my husband enjoyed the kayaks that are available to rent. Be sure to check out Thomas’ Doughnuts right up the street too, they’re a hidden gem! Coconut’s right across the street...

'Hotel was okay. The room that I was assigned was not clean. It had several spots were it was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable, they sunk in the middle. Snall fridge didn't work that well and it was damaged. Water pressure is too low and water drained really slow, tub almost got halfway full because of this issue. Breakfast was not good at all and they have very limited options. Paying car parking in top of the regular room price is ridiculous. For the price I paid for the room, the hotel is...
