LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

📍 Located in Mas Boscà de Roses (17480), just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Roses, supermarkets, restaurants, and recreational areas. Ideal for exploring the Costa Brava, enjoying the local cuisine, and relaxing in a pleasant and well-connected setting.

Other Important Information
🧾 A tourist tax of 1 € per person over the age of 16 must be added to the rates shown. The tax is charged per person per day (with a maximum of 7 € per person).
👥 Young travelers are welcome; we simply ask for responsibility and respect for the apartment and the neighborhood.
🚫 Parties and noisy gatherings are prohibited. In case of non-compliance, immediate eviction will be enforced in accordance with the law, and the police will be notified.

💳 Security Deposit / Deposit: €300, payable in cash or by credit/debit card.
It will be refunded in full at the end of your stay, provided no damage is found in the apartment.
