The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 70,00/week/animal)up to one small sized. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Villa Dada is a renovated stone farmhouse located between the villages of Gabbro and Castelnuovo della Misericordia, in the countryside near Livorno, just 10 km from the Tyrrhenian coast. Nestled among pine trees and wooded areas, the villa is surrounded by a vast expanse of green lawn. The interiors, furnished in a contemporary style with original features, include four double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a bright open-plan living area spread over three levels, featuring a pool table and a cozy loft lounge. A covered porch opens onto the lawn and the pool area, with the surrounding woodland providing shade and privacy. Villa Dada is the perfect starting point for exploring the seaside, accessing local amenities, and visiting the Tuscan cities of Pisa, Livorno, and Volterra.

Interior:
The villa is on three levels with approximately 250 sq m of space. GROUND FLOOR – Main entrance into open-plan living area with sitting room, billiard table, dining area and kitchen with central island; pantry; guest bathroom; access to the garden via French window. BASEMENT FLOOR – Two double bedrooms; bathroom with shower; laundry area. FIRST FLOOR – Loft with TV lounge; one twin bedroom (two queen-size beds); two double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower; closet room.

Park:
The garden extends across different levels for a total of approximately 800 sq m. Entry is via a remote-controlled gate and a short uphill driveway lined with pines, leading to the parking area. A gravel path and steps lead to the house, with a lawned area surrounding the ground floor. A covered portico is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation, and connects directly to the kitchen. The lawn continues to the pool area, bordered by hedges. Woodland with tall trees surrounds the upper level of the property, offering a natural, scenic backdrop. The property is fenced along the roadside.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The pool area is set below the main level of the house and accessed across the lawn. Rectangular in shape; measures 12 x 4.5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; salt purification; internal and external lighting; Roman steps for access. The solarium is a mix of paved and lawn surfaces and includes sunbeds, umbrellas, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
