On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing, and a kitchenette to cover all your cooking needs. Upstairs, the first floor features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a practical bunk bed, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is equipped with a shower box. The outdoor space can be fenced or unfenced. The apartment also includes one uncovered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (see below). °The floor cannot be guaranteed; your preference is noted.
