'The Applestore is lovely located and central for daytrips to Wales, Hereford and lovely towns as Coleford and Kington. We had great diners at the Old Court Hotel and the Fforest Inn, both very good and dog friendly. We would have loved to meet the owners of the Applestore and compliment them on the cottage. We had a lovely sunny week!'

'Het huis ligt op een heuvel en heeft een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Het is compleet uitgerust. De toegangsweg is soms wat smal, maar heeft genoeg ruimte her en der om te passeren. Wij vonden het prima te doen. Inderdaad wat trappen vervolgens om naar het huis te komen (dus niet geschikt voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn, maar verder goed te doen). Mooie omgeving met veel wandelmogelijkheden en natuur. Vriendelijke eigenaren.'

'I stayed in the farm for 3 nights with my partner. The Annexe has everything you need and is perfect for a quiet and relaxing gateway trip. Having breakfast in the garden was definitely a highlight! Arthur, the owner, came to greet us the first morning and was very kind. They also provided us with a Welcome letter which was very helpful when looking for places to eat. The only cons is that the bathroom is a bit tight, specially the shower - I'm a tall woman- but I'd definitely recommend this...

Beautiful location completely spoilt by the classic/abandoned cars in the front garden making it unsafe for children and dogs. Field next door is similarly blighted. 'Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. '

'Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

'Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

'Very large, spacious house and fantastic grounds. Lots of room inside and out for us to spread out. Facilities excellent. We made good use of hot tube, pool and table tennis tables and the young ones enjoyed the kids play area. Easy access to Cotswolds Way path. Although the property is on the edge of Dursley, the grounds are large, giving the impression that you are almost in the countryside.'

"Prachtige locatie. Heel mooi en uniek historisch kader. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en lekker. Zwembad en wellness waren een pluspunt. De behulpzaamheid en de service van het personeel was uitmuntend. Jammer genoeg was de netheid van de badkamer heel slecht. Veel schimmel en een muffe geur. Buiten dit feitvonden het verblijf top! "

"Ik ken dit hotel van voor de overname/verbouwing en toen was het al een fijn hotel. Nu is het nog fijner! Locatie is prima net buiten het centrum van Cheltenham. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg met een mooi decor. Vooral het bed is heerlijk! Het is een oud gebouw, dus verwacht trappen! Personeel erg vriendelijk. "
