'My friend and I booked our stay for two nights to participate in the Mercy Health Glass Marathon event. Meredith was amazing and provided excellent service the entire time we were there. Christine created a fabulous sign the morning of our run to acknowledge runners and of course we had to take a picture with it, barely awake at 4:30am. 'Firstly they Refused my paid booking through Hotels.com. Had to rebook with them at 20% more, said new management, could not get $$$ from the portal on line. Asked for Non smoking room, was a smoking room with cigarette burns all over, bed and sheets too. Tv broken, No internet, Door would not lock properly, jammed it shut it with a chair. Next morning and different shift of staff, was told was Hotels.com fault, we called them on no reservations this week. I am sure a third excuse would come...
