A very bright, air-conditioned, and fully equipped apartment in the gated "Jardines del Sol" complex with a concierge, located a 10-minute walk from Ballena Rota Beach. Situated at the southern entrance to Costa Ballena, near the gas station. <br><br>The apartment, located on the second floor and accessible by elevator, consists of an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living-dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), two bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the complex’s pool, and a sun deck on the upper floor. Included in the price is a parking space in the building’s basement garage. <br><br>The terrace, accessible from the living room, overlooks the community pool and the Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club. It is furnished with a table, four chairs, and two armchairs, perfect for enjoying family gatherings at any time of day, especially during the incredible sunsets. <br><br>The master bedroom, facing west toward the community pool, features a small balcony and an en suite bathroom. It includes a double bed, two built-in closets, and a dresser. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub, sink, bidet, and hair dryer. The twin bedroom has two single beds, two closets, and a window facing east with views of the paddle tennis and tennis courts. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and bidet. <br><br>Bed linens and bath towels are provided with each stay. <br><br>The east-facing kitchen, with double-glazed windows, is fully equipped: refrigerator and freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, and blender. Also at the entrance are the beach facilities provided by the Andalusian Regional Government (showers, restrooms, first-aid kit, lifeguards, warning flags, etc.). Like all beaches in Cádiz, the tides have a very wide range, and at low tide, they leave a recreational area stretching dozens of meters.
