The apartment's ideal location on the old market square of Rouen will allow you to enjoy the liveliness of this historic district of the city, with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars. You can also discover the many tourist sites of Rouen, such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Gros-Horloge or the Museum of Fine Arts, which are located near the apartment.​

Located on the second floor with elevator, the apartment offers a panoramic view of the old market square and includes a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, three bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilets.

Fully equipped and furnished, the apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to spend time together. The three comfortable bedrooms are all equipped with bed linen to guarantee you a good night's sleep. Workers will also be able to benefit from an office space in one of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher) so that you can prepare tasty meals during your stay. You can enjoy your meal in the dining room.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and soft towels are also provided to offer you optimal comfort. The toilets are separate for more convenience and are equipped with a Japanese toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

The Place du Vieux-Marché in Rouen is a place full of history and charm. It was here that Joan of Arc was burned alive in 1431, an event that marked the history of France. Today, the square is surrounded by historic buildings, including the Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc church, which stands out for its modern architecture and impressive stained glass window.

The square is often lively, with cafes and restaurants that invite you to relax. Markets and cultural events are held there regularly, attracting both locals and tourists. Place du Vieux Marché parking lot is the nearest car park from the appartement.

## Notes

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all our guests are provided with household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen garbage can bag, bathroom garbage can bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. Please note that this apartment is the owners' main residence. Therefore, they live in the apartment and rent it out when they are away, allowing travelers to stay in an authentic domestic environment. The owners are happy to put their equipment at your disposal and to make space in the closets for you to organize your belongings. However, please respect their privacy and do not open closed closets/marked as private.

Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and departures by 11:00 am at the latest.
