Welcome to Le Cocon, a warm nest in the heart of Rouen. This bright and atypical studio seduces with its mezzanine sleeping area, its cosy atmosphere and its unique charm. Located in the historic centre, it allows you to enjoy shops, restaurants and emblematic sites while offering a quiet environment. Fully equipped, it is ideal for a tourist or professional stay. The living space includes a comfortable lounge area with sofa, television, fibre Wi-Fi and dining table. The open kitchen is equipped to prepare your meals independently (hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and utensils). The sleeping area is on a mezzanine accessible by a staircase. This cosy space offers a double bed and storage space nearby. The private bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. Thanks to its sun windows, the accommodation benefits from beautiful natural light throughout the day. Located in the historic center of Rouen, in a pedestrian street, in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and main tourist sites, it allows you to fully enjoy the city while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodations are entirely private and reserved for travelers for the duration of their stay. The accommodations are located on the 1st floor of a small old building. Access is by a staircase and easy to climb, with about 15 steps from the entrance.
🅿️ Parking: street spaces are subject to a fee. You can use the paid parking spaces in the street or the Vieux Marché parking lot, located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Once your vehicle is parked, everything is easily done on foot from the accommodation.
