Also, there are many nearby colleges within a 30 minute drive. The building sits just across the street from beautiful Round Lake. Whether you are in the area for an overnight business trip, a short weekend getaway, or even looking for the long-term reservation, this is the perfect spot to stay in the Greater Capital Region.

The unit has one queen bed that sleeps two people. If requested, we can supply a twin rollaway mattress that sleeps one additional person.

* Our entire property is currently being renovated. You should expect incomplete exterior in different areas of the property. Please consider this when booking.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
Additional rules are important to ensure the safety and comfort of current and future guests. Please be respectful and there won`t be any issues.
- Twin rollaway mattress must be requested at least 24 hours before the reservation.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm. More than one noise complaint may result in a $75 penalty and a request to leave the property.
- Late check out without prior permission may result in a $50 penalty.
- Any missing keys after check-out may result in a $100 penalty.
- Please tidy up the kitchen space. An excessive amount of dirty dishes may result in a $50 penalty (this rule ensures that we can get the property ready for the next guests in a timely manor).
