'I had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect. Very central location in Sea Point. Always felt safe. Some restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. The employees were attentive and helpful. I came to run the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon and it was walking distance to the stadium and start/finish line. I would stay there again. It’s close enough to get to meeting points for various tours.'

'Bonne accueil. Magnifique chambre, spacieuse, classe, décorée avec goût, magnifique salle de bain avec une grande douche, grande terrasse. Belle vue sur les vignes. Au calme. En revanche le ménage n’a pas été correctement fait. Sol laissant à désirer (cheveux, saletés), ainsi qu’autour du lavabo. 'Greasy kettle, broken garbage can, wall clock not working, shower door poorly aligned. Interior shower smelled like mold, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, heater only worked in one setting. Needed to use WiFi from an adjoining room. Staff was really nice but property not well maintained. Good location close to the promenade.'
