'We stayed two nights to see the gorges. It was wonderful. The facility is lovely….well laid out….great hot tub/pool….and the view from our room was beautiful. The Gorges du Verdon is a gem…..be sure to drive the loop and then the long way round….stunning.'

'This hotel is a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Designed to convey rustic charm it actually provides high end amenities all round. We got an upgrade on check in. We had room 17 which was absolutely lovely with a large sitting area. The views from anywhere in the hotel are lovely and the staff very helpful. '

'Very good ! Staff and sites are unimaginably friendly and beautiful. Diner however is on the expensive side to be honest! Child friendly is debatable and a a somewhat negative experience with another guest trying to send us away from the main pool.'

'The hotel is set on a hillside with beautiful views of the Provence countryside from some room windows and from the pool and grounds. Everything is made of old stone and the rooms feel so luxurious I was astonished I could afford a room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is a little bit of a walk from Gordes, but we drove our car halfway to the town and used the roadside parking, and the walk the rest of the way was not too bad.'

Terrace with four chairs, two sun loungers and barbecue. Kitchen inventory is very complete with a full box of tea bags. The coffee machine is a Nespresso Dolce Gusto. Also available are a microwave, oven, mixer, juicer, etc. The air conditioning for the entire house is located in the living room. It is nice that the toilet and spacious bathroom are separate. In short, a beautiful, clean and centrally located house that leaves nothing to be desired."
