The staff were all exceptional they gave us afree upgrade to a bigger room just because it was available for the time of our stay. I highly recommend to anyone. Staff also gave great recommendations on places to go and things to see. 15 minute walk to old town and the route was safe and well lit.

Great stay as part of longer break
Kristjan and his team were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The hotel was located a 20 minute stroll from Rovinj town centre and had ample parking just next door. Our room was clean, spacious and airy and had a balcony. Breakfast was superb each day and the team provided great recommendation for visits across Istria. Highly recommended - we will be back if we return to Rovinj!

Christopher was the best host! Not only is he helpful with suggestions of where to go, he recommended excellent restaurants. Our room was huge with a balcony. Casa Alice has a pool that is lovely. We loved having bikes to use for free ( reserve ahead) and the 12 minute walk to Rovinc. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Accueil extraordinaire, tout le monde est au petit soin pour un séjour parfait. Si on devait améliorer quelque chose se serait une petite restauration pour le soir. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe et il est certain que si nous revenons à rovinj nous reviendrons chez Casa Alice

Casa Alice is a really lovely place to stay. The staff were fantastic - we had such a warm welcome, and Christian and his team couldn't do enough to help us have a good few days in Rovinj. The location was great - about 15 minutes walk from the town centre, so near enough to lots of restaurants and a beach, but in a peaceful part of the town. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool - and the pool itself and garden was gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers in both the shade and sunny spots. The breakfast was great - lots of homemade and homegrown produce, and the cakes throughout the day were delicious. I'd definitely visit again!

A Great place to stay in Rovinj
Great location - walk or short drive to town or beaches. Owner and staff were especially friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Pool area was quiet and a comfortable place to read, sunbathe etc. Breakfasts were excellent and our room was well appointed and very spacious. Highly recommended!

Our hearty welcome by the owner Christian was hands down the best treatment we received our two weeks in Europe. His friendliness and kindness are only precursors to his honest desire to help his guests have the best stay ever. The cakes and pastries were absolutely delicious and we're dreaming of them already. The pool is so inviting and kept in wonderful condition. We swam both days of our stay. The local restaurant that Christian recommended to us was fantastic. The free parking lot is close and convenient. The hotel sits in a quaint part of town, far away from the noise that it's quiet and peaceful (we read a lot near the pool), but also only a few minutes drive into the hustle and bustle. Our favorite moment was when we came back into our room from being in town touring and had inquired about on-site laundry to Christian at breakfast that morning. Not only was our room made up but my husband's dirty laundry had gone from his laundry bag to a neatly folded pile of freshly laundered clothes on our bed. What! We were astounded. Only at a lovely place like Casa Alice where guests are valued and cared for with love.

A little gem hidden in beautiful Rovinj
The pictures don’t do it justice, this place is magical! We were awaited with coffee, cake and freshly squeezed juice at check in. They had wonderful landscaping, pool and a very relaxed setting, you couldn’t help yourself but relax. The staff and the owner were wonderful and the entire Casa was spotless! This place is a 5 star resort. We plan to return to Rovinj and stay for much longer. We are so happy we found this place.

Christian greeted us with delicious cappuccinos and helped us get settled. Our room was spacious with a view of the sea! Everything was very clean and clearly renovated well. The breakfast is the most divine - so many homemade options, fresh squeezed orange juice, perfect coffee and tea, cheeses, meats, eggs cooked to order, homemade breads and jams. We would love to stay here again!

One of the very best Europe has to offer
Unbelievably beautiful..spotless clean..gorgeous rooms ..entire facility is 10 out of 10. Breakfast is excellent. The host Chrstian is absolutely the best u will ever find..and his staff are also excellent. We have literally stayed at over 200 places in Europe over the last few years and this is without a doubt NUMBER ONE.

Quiet haven
This is a delightful hotel in a very peaceful location 20 minutes walk from the lovely town of Rovinj. The rooms have everything you need and are spacious and comfortable. The pool and area surrounding it were very clean, quiet and relaxing to use. There are a wide variety of good restaurants in town to choose from, many by the lovely harbour. Coastal walking is on good paths and there are other islands to visit by boat or ferry. The local people were welcoming and helpful.

Amazing find!
We highly recommend this small, intimate hotel. Kristijan and Ines are amazing hosts! Upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious homemade cake and a welcome drink. We were also offered a glass of Kristijan's dad's homemade white wine the next evening which was very good. Upon arrival, Ines showed us areas of interest on the map and also provided us with a great restaurant recommendation (La Perla) within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The hotel is within a 15 minute walk of the harbour and the old town. Breakfast is amazing with a wonderful selection of eggs, cheeses, salami, yogurt, granola, fresh orange juice, fruits, etc. Nothing is too much trouble for Kristijan and Ines. On a final note, we were given a parting gift of red wine. We hope to return to this beautiful area and hotel one day.

Great time here for a week in September. Christian and the team will do everything for you. Cakes and fruit available all day is a lovely touch. Rooms enormous and clean. Bikes also available for use by hotel guests. The walk into town is about 15mins but good views on way. Definitely recommend.

We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay at Casa Alice. It is in a nice quiet location. The hosts are most welcoming and the breakfast is superb! The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It has a lovely swimming pool.

Obwohl die Unterkunft sehr neu und sauber ist, habe ich mich nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Preis ist relativ hoch für was man bekommt. Die Zimmer sind komisch eingerichtet, unpraktisch und vollgestellt. Ich würde das Casa Alice daher nicht mehr buchen.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit Parkplatz direkt am Haus. 20 min zum Strand zu Fuß. Nettes Personal ist von 6-24 Uhr immer wer für die Gäste da. Sehr großzügiges und leckeres Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft und viel Gemüse, Obst, Kuchen etc. Betten sehr bequem. Tv im Zimmer mit deutschsprachigen Sendern. Haben Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.

sehr nettes und kleines Familienhotel
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Ferienwoche in Casa Alice verbracht. Die Zimmer sind topp und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Der Besitzer gibt sich mit seinen Gästen viel Mühe und ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit vielen frischen und einheimischen bzw. selbstgemachten Angeboten. Es stand den ganzen Tag selbst gebackener Kuchen und Obst zur Verfügung.

We spent three days in Casa Alice to visit Rovinj and nearby villages/wineries etc. Case Alice is in a quieter location about a 15 minute walk from the city center. We liked the location and found it preferable to staying in the center of Rovinj. Immediately upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Christian, the proprietor, and offered a beverage. He explained that food was available in the kitchen during the day and offered us some cake as well. The grounds on the inn are beautiful, with a pool and landscape consisting of olive trees and even a kiwi tree. The area is impeccably maintained with staff available and working all day and evening. The breakfast consists of fruit, bread, various homemade jams, cured meats, eggs, cereal, coffee and tea. It's an impressive spread and it was a pleasure eating on the tables outdoor with are set for guests. Also to note, Christian was very helpful in offering advice on places to visit and how to get there. He did research for us on bike rentals that we had inquired about. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely guesthouse, very good breakfast and fabulous attentive staff, especially Kristian the owner who went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. A good stroll into Rovinj to work up an appetite or work off dinner. Delightful location and lovely pool area.

I would stay at Casa Alice again in a heartbeat. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great location...but what my husband and I liked best about the place was the service. Christian and the staff were so kind and welcoming.

Supernett!
Das kleine, liebevoll geführte Hotel liegt so, daß man die Altstadt von Rovinj gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein Willkommenstrunk wurde gleich genutzt, um uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen zu versorgen. Der Wirt ist wirklich ein ganz sympathischer , tüchtiger Mann, der sich unermüdlich um das Wohl der Gäste sorgt. Alles ist neu und ordentlich, es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Auch das Frühstück war großartig mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und köstlichem Schinken.
