The SAMSA House in Rovinj-Borik is located in the quiet neighborhood of “Borik” (“Pine Forest”), an area full of trees and gardens. It is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, just 250 meters from the beach.

Studio S2 is a double room with a bathroom and balcony on the first floor of the main house. It accommodates 2 people. The room is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a dining table for 2 people, and a mini-kitchenette (2-burner electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, cooking and dining utensils for two people, kitchen towels, etc.). The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol.
