Villa Piccolo Paradiso with Heated Pool, Jacuzzi & Sauna

Villa Paradiso Piccolo is a semi-detached retreat located in Rovinjsko Selo (in Istria, Croatia), just 8 km from the historic town of Rovinj and around 35 km from Pula.

Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms, complete with an en-suite bathroom, is situated in a separate unit near the pool, offering extra privacy for those who prefer a quiet space away from the main house.

The villa’s outdoor area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a private heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. Two BBQ areas make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors, while two parking spaces and an EV charger are included for convenience. The surrounding garden and pool area provide a tranquil setting for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings.

Inside, the ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, along with a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower. One of the double bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside.

The villa is equipped with three air conditioning units: one in the poolside bedroom, one in the ground-floor living room, and one on the first floor.

Villa Paradiso Piccolo is conveniently located for exploring the Istrian coast. Several beaches are within easy reach, including Balota Beach (8.2 km), Cuvi Beach (9.1 km), Mulini Beach (9.2 km), and Cisterna Beach (11.3 km). Nearby towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana are just a short drive away. The E751 highway and Pula Airport, about 33 km away, provide easy access.

Villa Piccolo Paradiso is attached to a twin-sister house and shares a main entrance gate. To reach your private entrance and outdoor area, you will pass through the neighboring villa’s yard.

Pool heating is available on request and is charged at an additional 200 EUR per week, payable in cash. The pool can be heated up to 25°C. Pool heating must be confirmed at least 2 days in advance, and it applies only for the entire stay.
