Excellent base for Rovinj

The apartment is very spacious with comfotrable furnishings and very clean. Beautifully maintained garden and pool area. Loved the sofa option around pool.area. Main balcony very spacious and comfortable furniture. Good kitchen facilities and 2 bathrooms. Only negative is that decor is quite dated. However, a very comfortable stay and highly recommended for a family or group stay in Rovinj

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Nice place. As described and good value for money. Some may find the walk into town a bit far, but it was fine for us. Rovinj is a fantastic town to visit and everyone we met were lovely.

Kurzer, entspannter Urlaub in heimeliger Atmosphäre

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Vedran’s beautiful flat in Rovinj. The flat was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially appreciated the opportunity to relax on the lovely patio. The location suited us perfectly, as we enjoy walking. It was just a 15-minute walk to Rovinj’s stunning town center. Aleksandra was an exceptional host—responsive, attentive, and proactive in providing all the necessary information to ensure an enjoyable and hassle-free stay. This flat is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore Rovinj and the surrounding area. We highly recommend it!

Perfekt

Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Lovely apartment, great location

We stayed for a week. Great apartment. Lots of space and everything you need. Comfortable and cosy. The pool and garden are lovely. We loved the location as not right in the Old Town of Rovinj but near enough to walk in for the bars amd restaurants on the harbour. Lovely bakery near by and nice local restaurants.

Extraordinary journey!

Wonderful stay!

This year was the 5th time that we spent our summer holiday at Villa Rossella 1 in lovely Rovinj. The organisation, level of service and accommodation is excellent and we would not consider staying anywhere else while in the resort. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

Soddisfatto
