'What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.'

'We are local to the hotel and stayed here for a few nights whilst some work was done on our home. We pop in frequently for breakfast anyway as it’s excellent value and very customisable, but found the room & service to be very good as well!'

The view over the cathedral was stunning when enjoying coffee & a hot cooked breakfast. Just great to stay in a real family run establishment.'

'Sarah is so welcoming and knowledgeable - a wonderful host. Worth House itself is full of interest - such thought and care has gone into making it a lovely place to stay and relax. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The excellent breakfast will set you up for whatever the day ahead holds. We have stayed before and will definitely be returning. '
