'This property worked well with our family group of 10. We had 5 adults; 4 teens and 1 10-year-old. 3 bedrooms for the adults; the media room with flexible futons for the teen girls; and another room with futons for the 2 guys (1 teen and 1 10-yr-old). We set up a folding table in the open kitchen for more dining space. The 3 bathrooms were great with plenty of towels for daily showers and plenty of hot water! 'This is an ideal location for adults looking for a quiet getaway with a spectacular view, which peers down approximately 50' to the river which is accessible via steep cinder block stairs etched into the landscape. The well laid out cottage is very comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The cottage was also nicely appointed with cooking utensils and bathroom supplies. We had a great time! 'Came to the area to visit family and decided to try this cabin in lieu of a hotel room. Best choice ever! This cabin far exceeds any hotel in the Monticello area. It was just as described. Clean, well furnished and perfectly comfortable. Location was great; 10 minutes from the Kroger and Walmart. Lake view was nice and the deck was perfect for early mornings and evening for relaxing. Very quiet area of the lake. The sunroom was also perfect for when the weather was not suited for being outside....

'Grace is great to talk with: very communicative and answered questions of mine, not just about the property but also about some plans that I was making. The space is a little smaller than it looks, but, let's be real, everybody tries to make their space look bigger online. It ended up being very cozy and housed all of us with lots of room! The decks are easily the best part of this experience. Such a beautiful view and easy lake access for swimming.'

'Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The backyard has stunning views of the Tippecanoe River. My boys had so much fun fishing from their dock and they caught a lot of fish too. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. I really enjoyed relaxing in the hammock in the backyard while looking out at the river. We liked how the house is located close to Indiana Beach park, the bait shop and restaurants. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We're hoping to be back...

'Stayed here at the end of the spring semester to help my son move out of his apartment and make the drive back to NC. Location is convenient to campus (25 minute drive) but far enough away to offer a peaceful stay. Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. 'The location was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend. The main floor was well decorated and more modern than the 3rd floor where our room was. We did not use any amenities such as the pool, hot tub or gym. There was no working ice machine on the 3rd floor. Our room seemed extra small for 3 adults and very dated.
