The house is at the end of the terrace on a quiet street and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a parking space for up to 3 cars. The accommodation has an open-plan living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is a flat-screen TV with streaming services and 2 sofas; one is a sofa-bed. There is a dining table and 6 chairs (A high chair can be provided on request). In the kitchen area, there is a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There is also microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and air-fryer. Cups, Plates, Bowls, Pots, utensils and cutleries are available. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a Super-King sleeps 2, it can also be set with 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom has a King-size bed, which too can be set into 2 single beds. There is an option for 4 to sleep on separate beds (sharing 2 in a room) or 2 on a bed; a double sofa bed is available which can sleep up to 2 people. Towels and bed linen are provided. Lillington has sufficient local amenities. It is a friendly neighbourhood less than 2 miles from Leamington centre, with highly regarded restaurants, cafes, salons, boutiques, and high-street stores.
