'I loved this hotel and would definitely return! The staff couldn’t be nicer & more helpful. The rooms are beautiful & comfortable and a great value. The location is convenient. The rooftop bar has great views of Belfast. The only drawback was the elevators are being worked on, so they were slow and some large tour groups stay there, so breakfast was very crowded. But the staff did a great job accommodating us and the Irish porridge was delicious.'

'Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, iedere dag werd het bed opgemaakt en als je dat wilde, het bed verschoond. Als je iets geregeld wilt hebben, dan doen ze dat graag voor je. Zo hebben wij een ontzettend fijne chauffeur voor de Black Cab tour gehad!'

'Very unique and quirky hotel. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very quiet and convenient location. Excellent breakfast! Our room was on the fourth floor, and thanks to the glorious weather, a bit hot when we returned in the evenings. A fan would have been great. Other than that, no complaints!'
